Ross Rental is great! We have used their equipment several times over the last 12 years. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. And their items are always clean and in good working order. They are my go to!

I rented a birth announcement for my grand daughter and I paid for it over the phone. The next day I checked my bank statement and I saw another charge from this place but in a different amount. So I called back to inquire on it and he said that when he hung up with me he tossed my card numbers aside and took another phone call and then used my card numbers to charge their purchase. When I told this guy of what he did and he said do you want me to meet you somewhere and give you $300 cash as the previous purchase was $286.00 until your refund goes in the following week? I declined it as I dont live in Lockport and I didnt want to see him again. I will.never do business with this guy again. If you do business with him please check your bank statements as I almost never do but Im glad I did this time.

Great service, good equipment, large selection. Unfortunately a one-day rental only gets you 8 hours, so if you start first thing in the morning you have to have it back by 3.
