Excellent location for a quality haircut. I found my stylist Renee to be extremely professional and skilled. Strongly recommended

Went in for a textured crop with a drop fade. I asked them to hide my widows peak too. I came out with the most basic fade haircut you could imagine. Wouldn’t be bad fade (even tho it’s not what I asked for) but they heavily exaggerated my widows peak with the front portion of the cut. I will never stop there a second time. What a joke. Also, just look at the pictures they post. The only decent looking haircuts are straight from the sports clips advertisements, and the ones they did themselves just look bad. Wish I looked before my visit.

Amanda took care of my hair cutting needs with a well executed mohawk. Knocked it out of the park and some other sports term for did a great job. She deserves like 5 raises, a bonus, and a an expense paid vacation for two weeks with drinks included. You reading this Eddy Logan? Better treat Lockport right or we will have words.

Second time my son has gone in, told the stylist not to take any off the back length (he has long hockey hair hes been growing out), asked her to trim up certain areas and came out with his hair completely chopped off with the stylist telling him he doesnt want that mullet. Not pleased, as a stylist you need to do what the client asks not what you want.

Walk in check in is a joke. I was in the store well before the 3 online check ins and i was told because of them it was a 45 min wait. No one else in the store and its a 45 min wait really? Ive never had this issue before today. Way to go..

I just had my first haircut there and I couldnt be more pleased. It was a fantastic experience. Savanna, my stylist, could not have been better. She was very personable and professional, and my hair turned out great. The store was very clean and comfortable. It will now be the only place I go for a haircut.I will be encouraging my friends and family to visit this location as well.Thank you Savanna, get to Yellowstone.

I have been coming here for years and I have never had a bad haircut. The stylists ask plenty of questions to ensure my hair comes out exactly how I want it.

I don’t like chain barber shops, but Ashley is good! One of the only female barbers that I have ever had that know how to cut a guys hair without digging the clipped into the scalp. I will be back

Had a terrible experience but contacted the manager and they had me come back in and fixed it for free, also gave me a free cut for the next time so I will update this review on my next visit to see if they can get it done right the first time.

They have a sign that tells you they have no wait but they leave it on all the time. When you call they tell you no wait but when you arrive 5 minutes later there is a wait and the no wait sign is on. Very frustrating! Poorly managed!
