My car wouldnt start one Monday morning, such a horrible way to start a week...but thank goodness for Jim & Toms! I called and explained the situation & their staff was so kind and helpful. They were able to arrange and advise regarding a towing service & were then able to determine the issue with ease. They continually go above & beyond - I always know my car is in good hands!

Never again. I had to go to them because they were the only shop with an opening when I had a broken shock spring. They replaced my suspension. $600+ Steering wheel and brakes then vibrated/pulsed on the highway. For another $50 they balanced my tires--and told me I need completely new brakes for over $800!! This didnt seem right, so I took it to a better rated shop.(Where I will go from now on.) Gee, turns out I only need rotors turned and caliper pins lubed. $110. I thought Id found a good shop at Jim & Toms, but it turns out I was just another woman to sell unnecessary work to.

This shop did only what was necessary. They did not try to hard sell unneeded repairs. I appreciate their integrity! Thanks Jim and Toms.

The only reason I can afford to keep a Audi and a Porsche is I take them to Jim and Toms instead of the dealer. They do great work and the cost is very reasonable. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Great service, great pricing, Ill be back here for any future needs. My car was leaking power steering fluid, I brought it in after they opened; and they gave me a phone call with a total before 2pm.
