I originally brought my car in to have brake pads and rotors changed. I got a call from Larry saying he had inspected them and they actually were in decent shape and probably had about half life left on them. He did advise me of the fact my tires were very worn down and that I would need to replace them soon. I ended up taking my vehicle back and getting four new tires put on. I appreciate their honesty and not just taking my money like they could have. Great local place. They have my business.

Have brought two of our vehicles to Dellwoid now. Reasonably priced for work that needs be done and love supporting small businesses, especially during this time when people need the business for businessesto survive. Tom is always polite, professional and quick to respond.

First time customer at Vesas and I will definitely returning in the future. Fast service and reasonable prices. Getting your car fixed is not the most fun thing, and can be expensive. However, these guys makes the experience enjoyable with friendly customer service often lost at a shop.

Ive been going to Dellwood Tire for many years. They are honest and do good work. I moved from Lockport in 2016 and now drive 35 miles so I can have Dellwood Tire service my car and a friends car. I trust them and have never had a problem with the work theyve done.

I called Dellwood Tire and Auto and politely asked if I can make an appt to change my tires. Tom Evans answered the phone. He told me I cant make an appt if I dont know what is the size of the tires Im buying. Well ofcourse I told him it is for 2013 Nissan Pathfinder and still answered me with I need the size of the tires. I dont know that. Repeated himself that I cant make an appt if I dont know the size of my tires. It could be from my accent also. They just lost my business. Well I guess before calling them know the size of your tires.

They are always courteous and straight forward with needed repairs or quality of tires.

This shop has been servicing my familys cars forever. Theres no one we trust more than them. Thank you so much for everything, guys!

I always get the tires on my semi repaired/replaced at Dellwood Tire. Theyre very reliable, get the tires quickly, and never have my truck down for more than a day. They have even fixed nails in our personal cars tires. They are our companys go to tire shop!

On my way to school I stopped at Delwood Tire & Auto Repair for an oil change and it was phenomenal. They got me in right away and they had very reasonable prices. Not only was the service great, but the wait was very pleasant.

Supposed to be a great tire location, only gave it 3 stars because it is a local business. I stopped in one day an hour and one half before closing to have a flat fixed and was told they were too busy installing a set of new tires to mess with a flat because they wanted to leave early . Not enough profit in flat repairs I guess. Had to find another repair shop in a thunderstorm.

They did great work on the car. Nice guy at the desk, work was done quickly-ish, only cuz they had to run out for a part. This place is within walking distance of a few great little restaurants u can chill out at while u wait, or theres a few picnic tables outside the city hall a little bit up the hill. We even stopped at a pet store on the way back! Again, great work, friendly employees, a few things to check out nearby. Made a 5hr wait seem way shorter!

Went in for a nail stuck in my tire. They brought my car back right away and had it completed pretty quickly. Cant complain about the cost either.

Ive been coming in for repairs and tires for years, even after I stopped working for the company over ten plus years ago . They treat me good and I trust them to give me a straight to the point diagnosis and not try to get over on me like some repair shops do and will . I also recommend them to family and friends .

Usually good, dont promise service to customers just for them to show up and you not have the time to do it. I dropped what i was doing to be there.

The owner knows her way around autos of all types. They are also straight shooters with their pricing!
