Our nonprofit partnership paid them tens of thousands of dollars for a website and then signed on to have them continue hosting. At some point, there was confusion about needing to pay additional fees for an upgrade; we eventually agreed to pay but expressed frustration with the situation. We were then told by the CEO that we needed to find another hosting company, because they dont make enough money off our hosting anyway. When asked for clarification, the CEO sent an email that was a disproportionate response to the situation and, frankly, unprofessional. We were told wed get refunded and to let them know when we had a new host. When we said that would take a little bit of time to find, they transferred our website hosting to another company without discussing it with us first and not in keeping with the resolution we were promised; this only served to make the process more complicated for all (including JFG), as we now had to communicate with 3 parties to get the website back under our control. In summary, we felt like we were not given the same customer experience because we were no longer paying large amounts for website building.

This group of professionals are AWESOME! We were fortunate to be a recipient of the 2019 CreateAThon efforts. The staff assigned to our account worked tirelessly to produce a spectacular campaign, taking in to consideration our target audience. We look forward to seeing the success of their efforts reflected in our bottom line.

What a great program. The varied amounts of advertising that Lockport C.A.R.E.S. (emergency homeless shelter) was able to receive was more than we would ever have been able to do on our own. We are small and almost exclusively volunteer based and need more volunteers to add more beds. The staff at J. Fitzgerald group was very professional and fun to work with.
