Im very grateful for Trinity Air Heating & Air Conditioning! We have a rental property in Lockhart and the resident notified us at 5 pm that the a/c was not cooling. I called Trinity and amazingly, they accepted the call and completed the repair the very same day! Its been about 2 weeks since Trinity Air installed my new A/C . The service was great, attentive, and fast. I had the sense some staff must have been in training and there were a couple small things that had to be revised. Tyler made sure it all got done right. My A/C is keeping it cool, it smells great, and is so quiet! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Trinity. Tyler was here earlier than we were scheduled, which was nice since this week is in the 90s. He immediately knew the problem and resolved it quickly. He also checked out my system for any other problems and topped off the freon. The cost was reasonable for the parts and labor.

They replaced a blower motor for me. Guys got it done in a timely manner and saved me some money. Wasnt quite happy with the air flow after 6-8 hours. Called back and they comitted to making me satisfied. Came back the next day and made all the adjustments. They waited until they knew it was working correctly before leaving. Highly recommend.

Overall experience was great. Tyler was very professional and informative. Walked us through every step of the process. Price quoted was lower than others we asked. I don’t plan on needing any work done on my new ac anytime soon because I feel confident in the product they used, but if I need any repairs done later on down the road I will definitely be calling them again, as well as referring anyone in need of their services.

Called this morning as house became too hot. They came within an hour or two & fixed the problem on my old unit. They could have told me it needed replacing but were honest & kind.

Tyler was extremely professional and knowledgeable. His technician did a complete maintenance service call, doing more and costing less than other contractors weve used. At the same time, Tylerand I did a walk-through of some rooms where were considering the installation of a ductless, mini-split air conditioning system. He gave us several options and talked me through each. I believe he understands precisely what we need and what we want and will be sending us a proposal next day. As with just about anything, price will factor into which option we decide to implement but, in any case, I believe weve found our contractor in Trinity and I look forward to working with them.

Working with Tyler was great. Took the time to explain everything and make sure I understood all the options. Did not try to sell me anything more than what was necessary to get our ac in shape for summer. Will definitely call them next time I need ac/hvac work done.

They came out found the problem right away and had it fixed in 15th minutes thank you so much because we were melting it was like over a 100 degrees in our home.

Heater went out on a Friday before Valentines. There were freezing temperatures and ice was everywhere! I live in the country so I was worried I wouldnt get anyone out to help me. We called this company because we waited 5 days for another company to come fix a problem on a year old unit. 5 days waiting (in a 96 degree house with 2 young children) on a part that would not have even fix the problem! Trinity Air of Lockhart just finished up at our Austin home. We had called them as our HVAC was blowing too cold, and we were worried about mold issues. Dell returned our call quickly and was out for an appointment in a couple of days, right on schedule. He was very patient, down-to-earth, and helpful in getting both my wife and I to understand the ins and outs of our system. We agreed on some repairs and revisions to our duct works, and to sealing the system and correcting some other minor faults. Tyler came back a couple of days later (right on time) with all the parts, and he and a helper fixed us up, repairing/replacing ducts and better ventilating our attic space. The pricing was reasonable, the work was excellent, and dealing with all the crew was a very pleasant experience. These guys are good, and my wife and I highly recommend them.6/29/2020: Trinity Air continues to do excellent work for us. A lightning strike knocked out our system - indoor, outdoor units and thermostats weren’t communicating. They quickly got us going temporarily while continuing to trouble shoot the system. Excellent communication and follow through. It’s working great again. The price was certainly fair and we’ll continue to use them.

Our AC central unit went out on Friday just before memorial. I searched google for local AC teams and Trinity air came up. In town and ready to go! They were at my residence within the hour after being closed already. I was super thank full. Very friendly and knowledgeable, they work the cheapest optuon first and ended ul being something else. The part would not be available until Tuesday to to covid shut down and holiday. We toughed it out over the weekend, and come Tuesday, we were in business. And at half the price I expected. Today, I reached out to them because we had a power surge and my thermostat reset. Hot air inside and cold air out. Their technician helped me over the phone with no issues. These guys are my new go to and I reccomend them to everyone. We are back up and running! Helped me out at 830pm on a Saturday! That is some dedication!Thank you!

Tyler replaced my outside unit last year through my home warranty. This year the inside unit went out. It took me a week just to get a quote. I would not use this company again. BUYER BEWARE
