Worst Post Office Ive ever encountered, the woman in charge is highly rude and self centered. Blames everything on COVID. I caught her in a lie, she said my package was never sent there? But I pulled the tracking info off the USPS website, it said my package was rejected twice by Lock Haven Post Office. She needs fired!

The postman seems to think that its fun to shove as many packages in my mailbox as he can. Thus, damaging whatevers inside. Its frustraitng to buy a gift for someone and, then end up dealing with the postman purposely destroying the package. My stuff clearly did not fit in there and, yet harsh force was clearly used to get everything in.

Worthless. packages don’t show up mail doesn’t show up. That woman that’s the postmaster is miserable. If she didn’t work for the government she would’ve been fired along time ago.

Would not deliver my package. Told them I would pick it up and couldn’t even do that. My carrier is absolutely rude and throws my stuff. The postmaster is extremely rude and makes up her own rules.

Not always the friendliest folks, but I never had a problem with my mail during the two years I was a PO box customer here.

Soak and wet mail that looked like some one threw it on the ground and walked all over it...some mail was even opened..couldnt read important documents cause the stack of papers soaked and bleed together Checked with neighbors..the only one to get mail like this was me on my block! Went to post office to complain and they didnt care..tried to tell me it happened sometime..I could understanding neighbors mail was wet and looked like my mail but none was..8 years and I never got mail like this..inner connections between post offices are a joke!

Best service I ever received. Tip your carrier especially in the holidays and you will never have an issue with your mail

Great customer service. The workers inside are nice and friendly. When I had a package stolen they were very helpful and set it up so Id have to pick my packages up at the post office so they cant be stolen again.

Rural delivery people are outstanding.

I had a package stolen from off my porch and simply called and told the post office to start knocking and I even got a tote for them to put my mail in. I ordered the same package that was stolen off my porch. Waited all morning for it to come, got the message saying it was delivered. Guess where it was sitting right in front of my door in plain view for someone to steal. No knock and it sure wasnt in the tote. So thank you for that 🙄
