We recently purchased a home and the previous owners had ZERO maintenance done to the pool. We contact Pristine to walk us through our system and let us know how bad it was. Matt broke it down to the science of the water chemicals and the bits per millions and lots more words I’m sure I heard in chemistry during high school but chose to forget. A laundry list of repairs later and the pool actually looks amazing and safe to swim in. Can’t recommend them enough!

Matt has been great. When we originally had him come over to give us an assessment of our pool he didnt try to just sell us. He educated us on things that need to be updated or changed right now and what can wait. After having them do the repairs updares we kept them on for weekly maintenance. We love working with Pristine so far.

The best pool service in livermore by far. Other pool guys would stop coming or never showed up at all, Glad to see them taking care of my neighbors pools also! They pay attention to detail and do great work!

The Best Pool Service in Livermore!

This company is worthless. I only gave it one star because no stars was not a option. I had a variable speed pump installed by Pristine Pools last fall and I paid $3,500 for it. Matt never set up the pool solar capabilities because it was almost winter when he explained that you dont run pool solar to heat your pool. Now its spring and I tried turning on the pool solar option and its broken already. I called the company and they refuse to come out to even look at it without charging me another $100 service fee. I spent over three thousand dollars with your company and you wont even come out at look at it, really? Go with another company that stands by their recently installed products because this company is complete garbage!

This company is fantastic to work with. I have a history with them apprx 5 years now......
