They need more people trained to operate the mechanics for glass cutting because I waited 20 minutes to get serviced by someone, it was employees asking more employees who are asking even more employees to see who was even capable of doing it. On a not so busy Sunday afternoon where there were several employees walking around but only one person knew how to cut glass. The supervisor for the shift (Aaron) also passed me several times and did not bother to check if I needed help— if I’m standing in the same spot, arms crossed and tapping my foot, not even browsing any products, then I obviously DO need help. I was really disappointed I could give one star, but I’m adding a star because the person that did the actual glass cutting (when they were able to finally track him down )was actually very friendly and professional. Thanks Mr Wayne! Kindly train more people to be able to cut glass please.
Items that were shown in stock at this store were not, and when I attempted to get some assistance, nobody showed up despite the assistance needed in the aisle announced over the PA. I ended up buying product that was more expensive, but was at least findable. In the end I got the job done, it just took way more time finding a different product that I researched the night before.

The staff are always very helpful and almost always knowledgeable. The only time someone wasn’t was when he was filling in, and it wasn’t his normal department. He was still happy to help me search for what I needed though 😂
Terrible customer service, I was here for a pick up and there was a guy named Alex he avoided me by not giving answer to my questions and was rude. Michelle was the person who was taking care of the pick up, it took me 30mins to get my item picked up. I would recommend Dublin store.
My hunny and I went in to check out kitchen appliances. The young lady wad very helpful. We will definitely be coming back. The gentleman who helped us with the patio furniture was very helpfulWe didnt have to gosearching for someone to help us.
I buy almost all of hardware, appliances and much more for my home and my contracting business. I like Lowes and generally have no issues. I bought a Craftsman string trimmer and it would not feed the string consistently. Sometimes too much and sometimes not at all. I had 90 days to return to the store and they would not accept the return because it was 6 hours past the 90 days. The assistant manager claimed he could not override it.
Worst customer service by Dean and Kennedy. Sad that Lowe’s hires employees who have no idea on what is available for sale made me drive 1.5hour to pick patio furniture and when arrived showed unavailable and order cancelled. Kennedy had a rude approach said she works in Fulfilment but kept rolling her eyes and closing her hair. When asked to leave a feedback or talk to manager was advised his busy and can’t attend to customers, asked for details on management advised there is none till Sam comes to help and provides details of management. Wish employees would learn little empathy and customer service when you are in field to assist customers, if you are a sales associate please have management atleast listen to customers rather than not providing details, shows how you were wrong and at fault. Sad to have some people reflect entire Lowe’s customer experience

In all that time I have found that very few home improvement stores are well organized.This particular store actually brought a smile to my face!Better organized, knowledgeable staff and... They didnt run or give me a deer in the headlights look!Time is money for me. I was in & out in record time.GREAT JOB!!!!!
Those is a pretty good place to go if you need a quick fix for your house but I did have a little bit of issue with the pain department I dont know the workers were inexperienced but they kind of wonder what they was doing and the other one didnt and the one that didnt know what theyre doing makes my pain and he didnt ask me what color Sheena I wanted or if it was interior exterior I needed exterior and give me interior but which she never asked which one I just showed him what color I needed in the color match so all in all though they have great customer service
Great service when I ordered a dishwasher last week and knew when it would be delivered... Friday, July 9.For whatever reason, my order never showed up on Lowes app, which will necessitate another visit to Lowes... and on July 8 when I realized, I hadnt heard from the delivery company... I drove to Lowes Livermore and spoke with a store manager and was told to expect a phone call between 7 and 10pm from the delivery company setting up a 4 hour window on Friday.Lousy service, when the delivery company never did call.Around 1pm on Friday, my wife called saying that the dishwasher had been dropped off at the curb and only out of luck, she had looked out the window to see the delivery truck and went out to talk with them before they drove off.At that point, she asked that the dishwasher be brought up to the front patio. The delivery company had not called to schedule a delivery... had made no attempt to ring the door bell to see if anyone was home... and Im used to having delivery companies ask if youd like them to unpack items and haul away the cardboard.If this is the way, that customers will be treated when something has to be delivered to the home... Id recommend not using Lowes appliance delivery service until such a time, that Lowes find a reliable, dependable delivery company.

Always lots of options and choices. The Garden Center always has beautiful flowers and plants. They plants are rotated often and old plants go on discount. I like to look at the outdoor furniture too. They do need a few more garden items just to decorate the yard. The appliances are great and up to date, also I found out they have people to help style a kitchen remodel.
Really, whats the point of reviewing a place like Lowes or Home Depot? But since Im here and you apparently are as well, my experience is that Lowes employees are a little bit over their heads. To put it charitably. Expect to wait a long time returning something or buying something. And expect no help finding anything.

We asked multiple employees where to find something and they said i dont know. We paged someone and waited 10 minutes and no one came. On one visit our cashier stopped to text someone for a few minutes before ringing us up even though there was a huge line.

This Lowes is generally pretty good. They have an excellent selection of finished good products and materials that look good more consumer-focused. for example wall and floor tile here is a much better selection than home Depot. Those seems to be focusing on actually stocking a variety of items instead of just referring you to the website and only stocking the most commonly purchased items.

Okay let me start by saying Ive bought a few things from Lowes in the past but not a big purchase. We found ourselves evacuated displaced and in a very vulnerable situation after being survivors of a California wildfire in the Santa Cruz mountains we had been displaced for 5 weeks to come home too a refrigerator full of rotten food and no longer usable. We purchased our refrigerator through Lowes and brought it back into our house that survived the fire after 7 months of use a warranty issue had arose, we had to contact the manufacturer in order to have anybody come and repair it finding out it could not be repaired and had to be warrantied and a new one furnished my wife had spent weeks on the phone trying to get a repair man just to come out from the manufacturer after dealing with several different stores we found ourselves at Livermore Lowes. The managerin appliances Caesar went above and beyond his duties to make it happen for us . Now after dealing with Cesar we were able to pick up a refrigerator this morning and bring it back into our home to make our home semi back to normal we super appreciate everyone down at Livermore Lowes who participated and getting us a refrigerator expedited once again on behalf of the mcclellins family we would like to thank Cesar for his awesome customer service.

I wanted to give a nod of appreciation to the Outdoor and Garden team for being so willing to assist me and my wife in getting our products loaded on to our truck several times throughout the day. Excellent attention to detail and a real showmanship of customer service. I would like to especially mention the young man Nick that kept all of our spirits high with his positive attitude and general demeanor. Great Job Lowes! We will continue to use this store for all of our home improvement needs.

My visit today was successful at the last minute, but no thanks to Lowes web site which claimed that they had lots of the washer hoses in stock. A very helpful and knowledgeable sales person told me that 13 were put on hold for a contractor and the remaining were MIAI really appreciate the time he spent trying to locate the hoses, but had no luckI picked up some lower quality hoses and went to check out. While waiting, social distancing, an employee walked be with a bunch of items to be returned to shelves and one was a set of hoses!Im pleased to have gotten the much needed hoses, but its annoying that the inventory was so far off.

Usual Lowes. We did get a couple plants we did not find at our local Home Depot.
This Lowes had young reps that helped to get materials that had run out on the shelf. Had me wait which was no problem but when they finished, they didnt let me know they where done. I had to move the keep out gate myself. I also had to load up the materials by myself from a high shelf. Mind you, it was 4x8 plywood and I needed 8 sheets! These guys disappeared and didnt offer any assistance. Customer service is becoming a lost art.

The place is relatively clean and unlike Home Depot they dont clutter the walkways with shelved merchandise.To their credit, there are now plastic guards between the employees and customers. Most people were masking but there was the odd person not doing it even in March 2020 quarantine. The prices for most things are reasonable - but I agree they put stuff in weird random places, and not all the same types of products in the same isle to increase the average customer dwell time. It is also very lightly staffed and is hard to get help. Their checkout software is super lame requiring permissions to proceed where it is not necessary and too much unnecessary touching of the console. Please - UPGRADE it to more secure wireless credit card readers.
I ordered online 100lbs worth of bulky items, got an email within 30 mins saying my stuff is ready for pick up. Friendly people and fast service, considering its the busy holiday shopping season. Thank you!

I hate going to Lowes. It isnt that the products arent of reasonable quality or that the prices are outrageous, its purely customer service. It isnt like Home Depot is any better. As a general rule Im avoided or pointed in a direction that is clear across the store. Even finding someone to help you in any capacity is almost impossible this is whether they are busy or not. Lowes is simply a necessary evil if you need to do something quickly.

We had a terrible experience getting a refrigerator delivered by DSI, Lowe’s appliances delivery partner. This is the 2nd replacement refrigerator I ordered from them. The first time DSI showed up with 2 guys & told us it’s a 4 person job cuz he stairs & they will ask DSI send 4 guys next week to try it again. (Why??They did it with only 2 guys before). Next week same happened again: 2 guys showed up & left, promising 4 guys next time & left.......Third time surprisedly it happened again BTW, the logistics status was changed to DELIVERED ...... Fourth time amazingly just like the 3rd time......Until at last we went to the store & complained to the management in person, they finally got the job done on the 5th trip..... Their logistics system is confusing, sending us inaccurate delivery information all the time. Guess what, 2 weeks later after we got our replacement refrigerator, DSI sent us another delivery notification, TRUELY AMAZING!!!!

Lowes is just around the corner from my house and is very convenient. I do all types of projects and they cover most projects. It would help if they increased their hardware and plumbing (especially Irrigation parts).
Customer were walking around with out mask in the Lowe’s in Livermore, Ca. When I informed the cashier, she said she couldn’t say anything. I called the store and spoke to Shawn “manager” he said the employees are supposed to say something and offer a mask. The female employee garden just don’t want to do anything!?!? The is not appropriate, Livermore as a mask ordinance.I will be submitting a complaint with Corporate and the City of Livermore

Went to return sum fence boards that had bugs in them and they wouldnt take them back because I had cut the board in half...I get that cutting it in half makes it unusable and it cant be resold, but the freaking wood had bugs in it.. you shouldnt be trying to resell it anyways.. what does it matter that its cut ? Its no good to anyone either way..then the customer service guy had a horrible attitude.. terrible experience

Worst service I experienced in home improvement stores. I will stay away and go to Home Depot or Amazon to get what I need. I bought some bags to store my Christmas decoration, only found that I need a smaller size. They refused to do any exchange or refund for the bags saying that they are Christmas items and not returnable. I understand if it is decorations, but these are just bags in red! One less place for me to shop.
