This is actually a good product. Been using it now for sometime and its been great. No more hassle with phone mount. It just sticks like a magnet and its really sturdy. Less bulky Highly recommend!

Ordered something months ago and still no delivery. I have emailed multiple times and no response.Do not order anything from them they will not deliver anymore. I ordered from them years ago and they were great. Something changed and they just take money from people and never deliver.DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ANYMORE

Also waiting for my device it has now been over two weeks.I just today decided to look more into it as I didnt receive any answer to the e-mail of complaint that I sent them.This company is an unacceptable scam. It really was terrible to read what everybody is saying about them.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THOSE SCUMBAGS AT MOUNTEK AND FRANKLY, SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE TO STOP THOSE SCAMS THEY ARE JUST UNACCEPTABLE!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and ship NOTHING. Will NOT respond to emails and they have no phone based customer service. Complete scam, will be contacting my bank and the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered one of their magnetic phone holder products directly from their website and never received my product even though my credit card was charged. Its been over 2 months since my purchase and no response from multiple emails and phone calls that were directed to voicemail. This is terrible company and you should not do business with them, spend you money somewhere else.

I should have read the reviews before I ordered. Its been a month since they charged my credit card and I have not received the product. Ive sent two emails to customer service with no response. I will have to dispute the charge with Amex. Truly terrible company.

Same page here. I havent received nothing and emailed twice already and no response yet. We commit to responding to your questions within 24 hours. Everything is a lie or they are bad doing business. How Im supposed to get my money back?

Ordered my items on May 22/2017. Its July 13th now and still no items. I emailed them countless times to their support email and to frances. No responses and no dates on when I will get the units. Extremely bad service. It seems they simply take your money and never get back to you.

My experience is much the same as the first reviewer. I received a damaged product and Mounteks website claims they will respond to email queries within 24-hours - that was over two weeks ago, and still no response.

Backed this company on Kickstarter. Failed to deliver to backers. They refuse to communicate or respond to direct emails and other communications. Chance Dunn and Randy Miguel are terriblebusiness people and should be ashamed at how they treat customers.
