First off, I dont think that the staff in this post office are rude. Perhaps the lady should know better that shes calling on a holiday. And that the gentleman who answered her call just answered it to tell her that they are closed.I think the lady who called is the RUDE one. 😂My personal feedback:. Im not too clear as to why employees here are forever RUDE. I call to ask a question in regards to my package on memorial day. Mind you, I am fully aware that the postal office is closed. But I thought Id give a call anyway. On the third ring, a gentleman picks up. Im in shock that someone answered so I proceeded to showing expression of how excited I was to get my question answered. He immediately cuts me off to say Maam, we are closed, its a holiday. Im fully aware of that, so why did you answer knowing that it is a holiday? And why did you also answer knowing that you were going to respond in such a rude manner for NO REASON. He continues on being extremely rude so I just hang up the phone. In my head Im thinking, are you upset that you are at work right now or are you just an unhappy individual? I just came off a 12 hour shift and Im still in a great mood.Customer Service is everything. If you cant provide good quality service, then you need to stay HOME. I will be picking up my package later today, so Im hoping employees here can have a fat smile on their faces. GET IT TOGETHER.

This little postal annex is great for your basic stuff! Ive been using them for years. It gets a little crowded at the holidays but it beats standing in line at the main post office down town. Everyone is friendly and Ive never had an issue....just keep in mind they dont have all services provided at the main branch.

Thought Id leave a note for others that are like me and needing some advice. If you need stamps, go to the main Post Office on S. Livermore. They dont have any here. A helpful worker told me that. Saved me some hassle.

I live at the end of a mail route. When I have a package inbound I can pick it up before it goes out for delivery around 10. All of the staff here are really friendly and helpful.

They wouldnt send my package because they asked if it was fragile and I said yes. The manager told me I had to go to the main post office because she didnt feel comfortable mailing if for me since I said it was fragile. ??!

Worst service ever. Someone vandalized my mailbox and no mail has been delivered gor four weeks now. I reported it when it happened. The postal carrier reported it. I thrncalled to talk with someone to get it fixed. I was told to call back and talk woth someone else, mind you it has now been three weeks since the mail has been delivered. I finally get ahold of the person I need to speak with and he has no idea about the problem. He puts the work order in and says it will be acouple days. He calls back two days later and says it will be another week and a half. I have to go to this office to pick up my mail in person by very slow moving and rude staff.

Endless waiting!!! Nobody ever came out to help.

Not actually a Post Office, actually a shipping/handling facility. Customer parking sign and instructions at beginning of parking lot are useless as they dont actually have the Office part there.

This is not a good place to drop packages
