Its more expensive than most car washes, but its worth it for the excellent job they do. The least expensive wash is the Wheel Deal which includes an interior vacuum, an automated exterior wash, and a hand dry and detail including all interior and exterior glass, seats and other interior surfaces. It may not match those $150 detailing, but for $35, Im happy to pay it.

They do a great job. I use to only use Autotopia but will now be using splashes. I have a truck so its easy to miss areas when cleaning but it was spotless. $39.99 for truck but worth every penny. Keep up the great work.

It was not Splashes carwash I am directing this towards but the gas station they do business out of. The workers are rude and do not even accommodate you. I lost my card and I was trying to use my PayPal app to pay. The supposed manager, who was this older Latin woman, has not seen the new contactless features for payments and refused to listen to a word from me. I ended up getting charged extra on my account because I turned in the rental with 1/4 a tank. GEE THANKS FOR THE TERRIBLE BUSINESS.

Splashes car wash is efficiently run and well staffed. The wait was short, the wait area fairly comfortable and when they were finished, my car looked and smelled great. Ive never been disappointed.

POOR CAR WASH!I went there 1:40 Pm, on the fourth July. The car wash, we’re supposed to close 2 o’clock. Everybody we’re there working still like fine.So, i stop my car, and just ask a quick question to the attendant, about the wash prices, to make sure, before they start to work in my car, and the owner he start saying, VERY LOUD, let’s go, lets go.. i gotta go home, come on man. And I was talking still with the attendant, and he went inside my car before i decide, and start to drive pretty faster my car, and start vacuum my car like crazy.VERY BAD customer service experience!So, I decide to go home after that crazy action, and i did call the Autopia car wash, and the manager said to me to come. And said. We don’t care if is fourth July. Work is work.

I can here a few times a year to get my car vacuumed and washed. The prices are reasonable and the staff really work hard. Be sure to tip them well!!

Terrible job. By the time we went inside the store to pay and get some change for the tip (5 minutes maximum), they have finished everything and car was in the place to hand wipe. We had so much dirt remained all over the car. specially inside the car. There are a bunch of workers, and for one car a couple of people work together and they showed a very rush to finish the job. When we requested to clean more one worker told you dont get anything better for $20. We paid $39 for full service. It was just a waste of money. This was our first time and will never go back to this place.

I paid for a full service and they didnt do a bad job but it could have been better. The windows were not wiped properly. They didnt wipe the inside of my vehicle too well either. I do appreciate the hard work they do but wish they were more attentive.

Had to take the car back, wheels not clean, strikes of dirt on paint, didnt vacuum back, etc. I paid $39. The second run through got it better but still not like I have received in the past. I have been talking my vehicles there for more than 14 years. The car wash is under a new manager.

Outstanding service. I go all of the time. Last time i went it wasnt quite up to par, I mentioned it to the manager and they did a full detail. My car looks and feels brand new.

They are amazing, I cant believe that they work no matter how cold it is outside. They always do a great job. They left my windshield wipers on once and it kinda messed up the perfect streak free look they intended. But thats an understandable mess up. Its easy to hit that lever. Their inside cleaning could be better as I found dirt or crums all over the back seat after a more recent visit. But despite its negatives, Its worth the price 100%. They are really nice, not all English speakers, but a smile given is a smile returned. I really like the workers, very friendly.

Pretty good car wash. I usually get the works, its around $27.95. Its not a mini detail by any means, but its a pretty good wash. Gets busy on the weekends when the weather is nice. Weekdays are better.

I called and lady advised the car wash has been been closed for 2 days. She did not give a reason.

I used to come here a lot but I will never go back. Rude staff that did a terrible job. They missed spots washing and vacuuming. In fact it looked like the vacuum back-fired into my car, there was more dirt than before I went. Didnt even wipe the dashboard off. For the expensive price I paid I expected a little more attention to detail.

I had been going regularly for a couple years. The cleaning job was unpredictable, sometimes good, sometimes not. Then they raised their prices. But, last time, they lost a small part to my car, and when the older male crew member stated that the part was not in my car to begin with, the Supervisor agreed with him even though I know 100% it was there. I pointed it out to another staff when leaving the car because they had lost it before. I was not looking for a replacement, a simple We cant find it, is there anything we can do would have been good. I will not go back until a new manager is hired.

I paid for a 50 dollar carwash I think a 6 year old would do a better job. One guy was talking on the phone while washing my truck I even had to chase him to give him the tip ofcourse they didnt deserve it but still did it out of courtesy

Terrible job; the windows werent wiped properly so there were streaks everywhere. There was bird poop on the car before I went there and the same bird poop was on there when I left. Didnt wipe the inside of my vehicle, unless they used a dirty rag; the inside looked worse than when I brought it. I will not go back there. You pay decent money; youd like a decent job. No one, especially the employees inside the store were friendly. Very bad experience!

Excellent detail and customer service.

The times we have visited, it has been crowded, which speaks bounds about the location and attention to detail when cleaning vehicles. There is a nice seating area where people can wait while they get their vehicle taken care of.

Full service means something different to them than me. To them it means they will refuse to wash only the outside of your car. You have to pay a minimum of $20 regardless of if you choose to not let them vacuum. Ive been suckered into this before and it was pretty disappointing. I can vacuum and wipe down my car in 5 minutes and this service took almost an hour. Thats outrageous. After being refused service for only an exterior wash, and my previously bad experience I will never return. Go anywhere but here. Unless you have low expectations and an hour to waste.

Worst, worst ever customer service. I sat in my car for over 5 minutes as two employees stood on side and chatted. It wasnt until i opened my window and asked if the car wash was open. They laughed and said yes. Too annoyed to stick around so i drove away. I will never go there again.

I paid $40 for the full service wash and they rushed it so bad that parts of the car from inside were dirty. they never even bother to touch cup holders. one day they will wonder why they were replaced by robots.

Worst car wash ever! Employees do a horrible job vacuuming your vehicle every time. Plus today they skipped my vehicle because they wanted to do the bigger trucks first for the tip. SMH.
