I was having all kinds of issues with Quest. Went across the street to LabCorp. Cindy was working by herself. She was extremely kind, patient and efficient!!! She was getting people in and out while I waited for my fax to get sent over. I was extremely stressed and Cindy made the process easy for me. Thank you!!

Has a website that lists temporarily closed locations, lets you book an appointment here... Theyre closed until further notice! >:(

Was able to book online and only when I showed up for appt. did I find out it is closed until further notice. They need to update this info asap.

Limited hours, closed during lunch hours, randomly closed,. My wife sat in car for an hour during their lunch hour. She knocked on the door after their lunch hour. Sorry, we are closed today!

Unfriendly front desk staff who is short and rude. Also when their “regular” patient came in she was super nice! Waiting room is very small, parking is bad. Just a bad experience and will not being coming back.

I made an appointment online, paid and everything, but when I showed up on time the office was locked and a sign taped to the door saying they were closed today. If they were closed why did they make the appointment. Or if it closed after I made the appointment why didnt they call or text me to reschedule so I didnt waste my afternoon driving in. Very unprofessional. I have other lab choices and wont be use this one again.

Severe lack of seating. Kiosk check in confuses older ones & causes delays. One employee on duty handling everything. She was pleasant, however.Torturous experience for everybody there.
