After having to postpone my wedding twice and ending up having to move my wedding out of the state due to COVID-19 and mine and my fiancé’s careers, Fantasy Sound would not refund my retainer. It is ridiculous that they cannot show any type of compassion and are not willing to work with you during a time when many have lost jobs and are struggling financially. All of the other vendors I used either gave me a full/partial refund and were very accommodating and even offered additional services if we were to be back in town. Do not use this company!

Absolutely terrible company! Their true colors show in times of crisis! This company kept our retainer payment albeit we are in the midst of a pandemic and we cannot have our wedding! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I would encourage anyone to seek alternatives and focus their search on smaller companies (not snakes like Fantasy Sound).

Kevin and staff are professional, efficient, fun and personable. My husband and I got married this June and had a few specific requests. Kevin was really accommodating and asked good questions to make sure the job was done right. After each meeting his staff followed up with everything we needed. On the day of my wedding, Kevin even helped bustle my wedding dress! Kevin reads crowds well and knows exactly how to match the tone you want. I highly recommend Fantasy Sound as a whole.

Had Fantasy Sound and Event Services put up Christmas lighting for my home this year and I couldn’t be more impressed. There is a live-action snow fall on the side of my home that was bare! Kevin met with me by phone and looked at photos of the house to come up with a plan. They installed and will come take down, my husband says thank you so much!!!
