Dominic of Appliance Repair Livermore was at our home recently to replace the torn gaskets around the doors of our four year-old Whirlpool refrigerator. He called in advance of his arrival, was here in a timely manner and solved our issue quickly. He also provided answers to questions that we had about our dishwasher and stove when asked. This is the second time we have used Richard (tech) now and he is as professional as they come. The first time we used him for our dishwasher and now our refrigerator. In addition to being professional, he is also extremely polite and flexible. He also leaves not one trace of a mess and cleans up after. Cant say enough about the service i received. Ill never call another repairman again when it comes to appliance repair. Tech came to my home and diagnosed the problem in less then 30 min then he ordered the part right there on his cell phone, he said the part should be in tomorrow morning and he would return in 24 hours to replace the part and i should be good to go. He returned the next day and quickly fixed it. I appreciate your honesty and work!

These guys are AMAZING. Diagnosed the problem with my four year-old LG dryer over the phone and instructed me how to do a simple fix, saving me the time and money for a repair appointment. Most companies would have just sent a repair guy out and collected a nice sum but this company did the right thing. Im a raving fan and they are going to be my only call going forward for appliance repair and used appliance purchase. Wow.

I have to say, their high ratings were certainly warranted because we were very pleased with their service.Our washing machine malfunctioned and we called Appliance Repair Livermore on a Saturday morning. We left a message on their voicemail and they called us back quickly. The repairman came out that same day and assessed the problem fairly quickly (a broken water intake valve). He ordered the part and was able to install it only a short day later. Its been running beautifully for over a month now. The office staff was efficient and kept us informed throughout the process. Both staff & repairman were professional and courteous. Prices were very reasonable. We highly recommend Appliance Repair Livermore !!

Appliance Repair Livermore is AMAZING! Everytime I have called (and Ive called several times for several different appliances) they have attended my request right away! Most of the time coming out within a few hours of my phone call, or if they are really busy, the next day. I have never gotten such prompt service from any other company. Max is always very straight forward and honest. He never tries to up-sell me or coerce me into buying things I dont need. He tells me up front if my problem is something he can fix, or if it is an appliance (like a hot water heater) that he doesnt repair. In the one instance that he couldnt help me he referred me to an appliance repair place that could (it was a plumbing issue and he isnt a plumber). Most companies would charge you to come out and take a look. Not Appliance Repair Livermore. They are straight forward, trust worthy, and quick with repairs. I have their number saved in my phone.10 stars from me!

Appliance Repair Livermore is great and he didnt even have to come to my house! I had a problem with my washing machine and a question about my dishwasher. He did some research about how to handle the washing machine and what my best options would be as well as advice on for the dishwasher. I would definitely call him again if I need appliance repair and would highly recommend!

Our washing machine was flashing an error code which we couldnt fix ourselves after troubleshooting it. Our landlord called Appliance Repair Livermore and he was able to come over same day within an hour or so. Amazing!Nick is a consumate professional. He was friendly, considerate, knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing as he did it. He first ran through all the diagnostic testing from the manual to see if the problem was a simple one. He didnt mind at all if I watched his work, and actually encouraged me, so I could learn about the issue. He was considerate of my floors (used a towel for any water runoff). He charged a reasonable flat fee for his time on the job (so you dont have to worry about how much labor is going to cost) and he works in a logical timely manner. He also explained all my options, let me decide and then told me what he would do if it were his machine...which actually saved me money.I highly recommend Appliance Repair Livermore ! And I would definitely call on him again.

Uran was excellent! He was able to come over the same day and accurately diagnose the squeaky sounds my dryer was making. He also addressed some lacking in the heating department. He only replaced those parts that needed replacing, and specifically told me that other parts had more life in them. Appliance Repair Livermore was great!! Answered my call at 7:15 am and scheduled me for an afternoon call between 2-5. Arrived a bit after 2 with a call just before he arrived to let me know he was in his way. Worked quickly... Knows his stuff. Not super expensive. Would have lost the entire contents of my fridge and freezer if hed been like the other guy - who never called me back. Thanks, Nick! I will hand out your refrigerator magnets for sure!!!

After the move to our new home, our dryer wouldnt work. I called Appliance Repair Livermore and they came out on time when they said they would. Max worked his tail off trying every possible fix (changed out gas valve coils, flame senor, glow igniter), but in the end he couldnt get it to work. He recommended I call someone else that might have a computer board and/or blower thermostat. Since he couldnt fix the dryer, he didnt charge me at all. I can only say that these guys are good and honest, and that is about all you could ask for.

Had to get the dishwasher serviced and the tech, Leon I think was his name, found and took the time to do the right thing and notify us that there was a mold issue in the cavity. He then came back later, disconnected the dishwasher and then came back later again after all renovations were complete and reinstalled the dishwasher. BTW the 2nd and 3rd visit he did not charge us for. Such a great guy! Thank you!

I had a broken dryer and Appliance Repair Livermore was able to come over to my place within one hour after texting him photos of my dryer model and its a problem with the broken knob. He replace the knob within five minutes and my dryer is working again. Call Appliance Repair Livermore if you have any appliance problems. Fast and very reliable. They suck! This business was great when the father ran it. My microwave was humming when the door was closed but worked. Called for repair. Tech can over and said he was there to fix my refrigerator (?). When I told him it was my microwave he wasnt too sure what to do. He started pulling everything off the hood I had to show him a you tube video of how to open the panel to look at the components. He said he found a switch that wasnt working replaced it and the microwave no longer hummed. When I went to use it that night it no longer warmed anything either. I have been calling for 2 weeks now to get someone back to fix it right and not the tech that fixed it the first time. My calls everyday have been ignored. Tell all your friends, neighbors, coworkers, and family to NOT USE THIS company

I set up an appointment with them at 10:30 Am. They called me at 7Pm and cancelled the appointment saying it is long drive and we have too many job closer to us. It was verified with my warranty company and myself if they cover the area. Horrible. I did explain to them that my mom is terminally ill in hospice care and can not take the heat and she is declining fast, still did not make any difference. They did not want to drive few miles extra although it was all their mistake.I hope their business get bankrupted.

Technician came. Cleaned the coils and reset the refrigerator. Worked for a day. Called back after the device was beeping again. Receptionist told me they would try to get back to me ASAP. Otherwise it would be Friday. No call no nothing. Spoke to Rich who was apologetic, but did nothing to mitigate the situation except try to reschedule for mid next week. When you screw up, try to make amends. Dont just apologize and blow it off. The too bad attitude is not conducive to good business. You may be successful, but with a lack of care will ruin your business. You have lost a customer and I think you clearly dont care about that. Thanks for nothing.
