Everytime I needed maintanance done, they come and fixed it right away. I really have a great experience with LA Vina apartment. They are excellent service.

Living at La Vina is like having a full-time staff of people to help me anytime I need anything! If anything breaks or I need help with something they are responsive and friendly. Mark, Marvin and Anna take wonderful care of us and make us feel like we are appreciated as residents. The grounds are well maintained and I love the location. La Vina has been a wonderful home for me and my children for the past 2 years and I love living here.

We love La Vina! Well maintained inside and out, very clean, and maintenance requests are taken care of promptly. By far the best apartment community weve ever lived in. It is in a great location (by the park, and in a residential neighborhood), and feels very safe. Kid and pet friendly too. I really loved living at La Vina Apartments. I needed a short term (one year) place to live with my dog. I felt safe there, I love how well maintained and managed the property is! Very friendly and helpful staff! All around nice place to live!

I have lived here over a year now and have had sewage back up into my tubs twice. The tenant above me had a leak in their bathroom that caused damage to my wall, that was never repaired or checked to see if it had molded. Rent went up $200 in one year, and when the tenant above me refused to sign the new lease and was 2 weeks away from moving they offered him his old rent value to keep him due to the number of empty apartments on site. Avoid this place at all costs, definitely not worth the 2850 they charge.Update: A little over a week later and the sewage flooded again. The property manager advises me that a trees roots have grown into the pipe which has caused the backups, and that the owner doesn’t plan on doing anything about it (whether that is because they don’t know what to do, or don’t want to spend the money I do not know, but have my suspicions).I was offered a $50 gift card for my troubles. When I told her this is going to keep happening and hat happens if I am not here to catch the flooding and it over flows into the apartment, she said she knows but the owner said that is what renters insurance is for.Avoid this location, and any other property owned by AMC, LLC at any cost.

Maintenance is always responsive and gets the job done quickly. Great staff!

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. It looks nice on the outside but the apartments are old and not very well maintained. The management staff has done absolutely nothing for us since we moved in. Our upstairs neighbors sound like they are going to come through the roof at ALL hours, day and night, usually until around 1am. We have repeatedly told the staff and they have done nothing. They even admitted they knew they they were a problem BEFORE they moved us under them! Our lease is up next month and it couldn’t make me happier knowing I’ll be moving out of this nightmare, so I can get a full night sleep again. I hope this helps deter even one person from having to go through what we did. I wish I could give 0 stars. Please don’t move here for your own health. Thank you.
