I drove all the way across town but the store hours they have posted both on Google and on their own website are incorrect. So they were actually closed when I got there

All about making a sale and getting your money and then things go south. Delivery estimates are inaccurate, some things you pickup from the store others shipped to you home. Delivery costs are horrendous! Horrible company, never again. Recommend you go elsewhere.

Chris and the team at the Littleton store are fantastic. We went into the store and they helped us narrow down our decision by talking through how we lived and what we needed. We then placed our order online but Chris helped us find the correct sku # and walked us through every step. Finally as we prepared to receive our order Chris and team helped us purchase all of the detail supplies and ordering the custom vents. Patients, professionalism and knowledge of product is why they are hands above any of the big box stores.

The product is of a good quality. The sales people are great too, but where they fall short is with the installation. Installation is not cheap and you would expect a floor that looks great. However our finished floor has wide gaps between planks. Not eye pleasing.

The vinyl floor I got here looks great for about half the price of the big block stores! The sales associates were knowledgeable and they really helped me figure out my DIY job. After my project was done I was able to return unopened boxes with no restocking fee - woo-hoo!

Not great. They owe us vinyl steps from our past order. We dropped in the Littleton store today and they told my husband some had come in but were sold to someone else? They never called to say they were in. We are in the middle of our flooring project and need these missing these steps! I think we have already pre-paid for them? Neither the less...their customer service obviously needs a reboot! 😤🤬😤

John at Lumber Liquidators of Littleton is just amazing. We worked with him to source flooring for a lower level remodel project and of course we picked a flooring they had to search all over their various stores to get enough of for the job. And, he got us a great price on it. But then the contractor reduced the amount needed by about 600 sq feet - no problem, John refunded the over ordered amount.He is friendly, knowledgeable, hard working and trustworthy. Beat THAT.

Ive been in here a few times and these guys are great. The sales guys always have good advice and you cant beat their prices. If you are redoing your floor then heres where to go for sure.

Initial service was great until they had our money. We needed to order air vents to finish the project and was told the vents would arrive on the Thursday delivery. It is now 3 weeks later and we have to call everyday to see the status.. Latest news is they found out our vents are damaged and they need to place another order.Avoid Chris at all cost, he will send you on a goose chase just to get off the phone.

Busy, but good people

Very helpful and pleasant !! Got us in and out with everything we needed in a flash!

First impression was very good with these people, but once you paid for everything and wait for your order le they don’t even care about customer service anymore. I have been waiting for some tiles for over 2 months (this has been delaying our project since I wanted the tile to match the wood we purchased from them) when part of it came it I didn’t even receive a call about why only half came. I had to repeatedly call these people to check on the status and tell me I’m not sure why we didn’t call you ect. Finally when I called and heard that your “complete”orders are in we went to pick them up. Well when we were there two boxes are still missing and again was told that they will be in this past Thursday and I will get a call. Today is Monday and they once again never call to tell me that those 2 boxes came in, my contractor worked on the flooring and had to stop because there’s not enoigh tiles. I never write reviews but had to for this terrible experience with lumber liquidators.

I am general contractor and the Littleton store is my main hub for my clients. I always receive great service Chris the store manager is always a huge help providing samples and making my life easier when is come to flooring portions of my projects.

I wouldnt say the store staff is horrible but the company is.
