Shopped using the Sams app today. Smooth shopping trip. Scanned the barcodes with my phone and skipped the line for checkout. Some great new adult beverages in stock including ready to drink peach margaritas! 💛

The things I want are usually in stock. I can order everything I need on line and pickup at the store with curbside pickup. Prices are reasonable and I can get more than just groceries. Employees are always friendly and professional.

This was the first time we had to shop this Sams Club and what an awesome store. Friendly customer service and great service. Thank you very much for all of your help. Keep up the good work.

Great location to stock up on everything!!! Great customer from the greeters to cashiers to the exit greeters as well. They always have good selection of goodies and are well stocked. Bread made fresh and meats are really good and prepared well. Dont go in there hungry Mile-Hi cause youll end up with excess amounts of munchies. Overall great location to shop and we preferably like to go in evening time due to it not being busy and always a quick in and out at that time. No samples at this time 😞 of course but still an enjoyable shopping experience.

Ive been going to Sams club for years used to work there I think its a good store I like the bulk items and I shop there often for my family and their food needs they are very nice and considerate try shopping there have a good day

This is a very nice Sams location. On several occasions the staff is gone out of their way to be extremely helpful. A couple of times it wasnt so pleasant, but overall I do like this place and continue to shop here. Without the Plus Membership you are limited to coming in after 10 a.m. Frankly, its a bit of a racket for the extra membership if you ask me. According to my math, someone would have to spend $3,250 just to make up the difference between the two membership levels. I guess, if shopping early is super important to you than it is worth the price. Costco, on the other hand allows all members to come and go at the same time.

The people in the store are so friendly. And everything is marked well making it easy to find what you need.

Shout out to David on the pallets in the back who went out of his way to help me find my naan bread. He told me to wait as he searched all over. Great customer service!

Dont ever order a large appliance from Sams club its the most horrible experience Ive ever had ....they damaged it in the delivery an wanted me to wait another 3 to 5 days without a refrigerator I canceled it sn asked for a refund they said it would be 3 to 5 business days but failed to tell me Samsung had to approve it first an then wait another 3 to 5 business days before I could get my refund its been nothing but a nightmare an the worst thing none of the customer service is in the states so you cant understand what there saying. DONT EVER ORDER A REFRIGERATOR FROM SAMS CLUB

Horrible customer service from the guy in bakery, an absolute unprofessional, rude associate. I will never be buying from this club again, i will definitely change clubs and make sure my family and friends join me as wellm He makes the club look ridiculous.

Im impressed by this Sams Club, its very clean and everyone is super nice. Its a lot better than some of the other Sams Clubs that are in the area.

My product which was sold me and was supposed to get delivered, didnt get delivered because they couldnt find my product. after investigating, we found put they sold it someone else. rather than taking responsibility for how the store runs, the manager very easily said she is not responsible and that I should stop getting mad at her and stop abusing her. not once did I use any inappropriate word during my conversation but definitely had the audacity to tell me that I am the one abusing her when her store sold a product worth 2k to someone else.if they cannot handle angry customers then they should do their job properly at the first place which is to make sure the store is run under strict rules and regs and keep a tab on every transaction thats happening. I wonder if her 2k was stuck in a shop where she is yet to see her product delivered, if she will be able to keep her emotions in check. worst cusservice ever. I am definitely questioning my membership that I had for the past 14 years and wonder if I should continue in the future.

I dont understand why we scan our items we purchase and than when you go out the door you have to stand in line while they rescan the same items. This is totally crazy and time consuming.....

I come here at least once a month. They are my go to for drinks! This store is always clean and friendly helpful staff. No negatives about them, they always have what I want except surprisingly today no dr pepper which I swear we got before. Great selection on frozen and fresh meals and I love the spiced apple salad they offer here! They made a loyal customer out of me! One bummer I will say is they never seem to have small sizes in their mens clothing.

One of the better and easier Sams in the Denver area. Never too busy. Got my tires done and grabbed some necessities in less than an hour.

I was having a difficult time putting my TV into my car. Max was very kind and Professional. Helped load my TV in my car.1st class customer service. I wish I had some cash to tip him. Thank you Max. Super satisfied with how they approached me and handled the struggles that occurred.

Bought a member mark hotel queen lmattress and will never do again and would not ever reccomend it. Ours came out of box looking like the pictures. Really quite unbelievable. The store manager initially said they would reimburse us to dispose of it, then on the 2nd visit every manager said no and finally on the 3rd visit a different store manager said yes as I was prepared to leave the mattress in front of the store. Even with it looking like it does in the pics they didnt want to see pictures. Sorry 3 store visits and many managers to get resolved is just bad customer service. Never again.

Yesterday I spent a good chunk here. I was wanting something heavy as I am 6 months pregnant and unable to pick it up. The cashier asked his manager to help me. She asked me what I was wanting and instead of walking over there with me told me to go wait. I waited 10 minutes with my children and no one came. I decided to leave and she obviously seeing I didnt have the giant box in my cart she didnt care to see if I got help.

I have been at this location before it was bought from K-Mart! It was then called Pace. I love Sams,its location is great and they usually have good in stock supplies. Clothing sells out very fast, and restocking poor. I will always choose Sams over Costco.

For being as busy as it is, they never have enough employees. I had a return, it took 25 minutes in line. They mainly have self check. Please hire some cashiers!!

We got married in Littleton, CO and to make things easier we purchased a lot of our items at Sams. We pre-ordered the 100 bunches of babys breath for our flowers and we purchased the white 2 tier wedding cake. I was so impressed with the quality of the flowers and also with how beautiful the cake was. I got so many compliments on both. The cake was so moist and delicious. I have nothing but great things to say about Sams bakery and flower section. Thanks for making my day beautiful.

Good deals and no crowd yesterday.

This is a great facility! They have everything you need from canned goods to comfy sweatshirts, and all of this comes at a great cost! It is extremely nice because everything comes in bulk so you only need to buy one package and have enough for a long time.

I know there is a shortage on Clorox wipes but can never find any there. Are they going to restock? Other than that we love Sams Club! The service is great with friendly checkers.

This was very big waste of time. I went online and saw that an item i wanted, an apc ups, was on sale at samsclub.com and that it was in stock at this location. So I drove the 21+ miles to the store to purchase 2 of them. When i got there I found that the in-store price was over $20 more per item then that listed on their own website. I asked the customer service counter if they could match their own price and was told we wont match our website price. I was absolutely shocked. Therefore all they get from me is a bad review and cancellation of my membership. I needed a reason to go to Costco anyway.

Management sucks, not customer inclined Friday night 6 pm closed the 2nd register even though there 5 customer and said that if we wanted faster service we can do self service...

Theyve seemed yo abandon the annoying practice of relocating products to different aisles in recent years,so you can expect to find items where they were last week!Regular stocks and seasonal merchandize are usually regularly replenished, and shelved with attention to expiration dates. But packeted vegetables whether opened at home or not seem to have a shorter, 3-4 days, refrigerated life.They, like Costco, have also been aggressively name branding starting with non-perishables and produce. So the visual appeal of variety is vacant--their own MembersMark brand is what you see storewide. FDA required ingredient lists allow you to discern organic versus non, but none are GMO transparent.Sams Club app enables easy, less-hands-on check out during these perilous times and a means to bypass checkout lines.

Love, love, love Sams Club for there paper products. Also love buying laundry stuff because it lasts me two months. I say huge savings.

Its a clean Sams that was not busy when I was there. I thoroughly enjoyed getting a pizza combo with a pretzel for so cheap. I might come here more often if Im looking to getting a meal for next to nothing.

I love shopping at the Wadsworth store - I like how the aisles are arranged; the store is clean; the employees are friendly and I usually find more items than what is on my list.

Sams club always has very willing to help people when its needed. When Ive been in its been clean and put together. If theyre stocking theyre polite to excuse themselves out of your way or willing to help. Love the scan & go to get in and out!!!

My wife and I have enjoyed shopping at Sams Club for many years.The reason for only 3 stars is that the cashiers arent allowed to touch your membership card because you have handled it but the assistant takes your purchases out of the cart to place them on the conveyor belt and the cashiers scan them. Doesnt Sams Club realize that the customers have touched everything in the cart and the cart itself as well as their card.It just seems a little bit ridiculous to me

Very clean easy to maneuver around and theres not ever too many people. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. The only thing I would say they need to improve on is a parking lot update so there arent so many pot holes.

Review one of two: Melissa who works up front (customer service), also one of the first employee interactions you have upon entering the store has the worst customer service along with the worst attitude I have ever encountered. She was rude, unhelpful & overall unprofessional. Instead of acting like she knows everything she should learn to lean on her peers for help. She blatantly took over the other women who were trying to help me and proved to be no sort of help. This employee needs to be retrained and needs to learn how to speak to and help a customer. I understand a lot of employees are under stressful times right now (as we all are); however, that is no excuse to treat customers in such a way. If this review was only on her behalf I’d be giving less than one star if possible.Review two of two: Geri on the other hand who also works for customer service and I believe is a manager was a sweet heart who took the time to work with me through our account issues only to resolve it as it should’ve been from the start. I am very appreciative that she actually did take the time, energy, & effort to appropriately help us. If this review was on her behalf I’d have given five stars.
