DO NOT USE THIS APP. These people are thieves. A $50 late fee... Wow... Even after paying the bill they are trying to take another $50... Run away fast and dont look back!

They will lock you out and permanently ban you for one missed payment then email you tell you your account is now active then still have a permanent hold on the account and charge 25.00 fee then not allow you to use the service again STAY AWAY AVOID USING THIS JUST GO THE ATM My peoples....They are not for the people.

At first I thought it was great..dont forget to have money in the account you are using. 2 times, and they permanent hold your account.. 25$ return charge service.. not worth the headache to use the service

Will never use their services again. They charge a $25 unpaid fee because I was in the process of switching bank accounts. I ask for a waiver and they refused. First time this happened. Customer hardship during Covid 19 and they still don’t care about their customers. Avoid using at all costs to save $$. I for one refused to pay it and hoping more customers complain about their terrible customer service

Be careful can easily overdraft because funds arent taken immediately. I was overdrafted and charged with a insufficient funds fee from canpay and my bank only because I got paid an hour after they took out the money. Paid and still have my account locked out for weeks. Id stick to cash.

The worst app. They charged me $40 when I overdrew by a few bucks (+ $35 as a bank charge) and told me they were legally required to charge it. When I complained, they told me that the fee is company policy, they are not legally required to charge it, and they withdrew the charge. So despite the fact that they lied through their teeth, I decided not to write a negative review since they reversed the fee.BUT four days after I corrected the overdraw (which was within 24 hours of the overdraw) I go to my dispensary and they tell me MY ACCOUNT IS DISABLED?? Furthermore, I can’t even find CanPay on the app store any longer, even though I talked to them on the phone this week. Probably removed by Apple for breaking the law and telling customers their $40 fees are “legally required”.
