These people are amazing! They were able to get parts and repair my older Dyson (which I dearly love) when several other places said they couldnt get parts and that they couldnt repair it! Even a high end Dyson vacuum repair shop said it couldnt be fixed. I will be going back when the time comes....
Dropped off a vacuum for repair on 4/8/21 and was told that it would be 14-18 days to complete. As of 5/21/21 I still have not received my vacuum back, nor can anyone tell me when it will be complete. Every time I call, I am told that they are getting another truck soon and mine will likely be on that one. I also asked to get my vacuum back so I could take it somewhere else for the repair and was told that their computer system was down and that they would call me back when it was back up, but I am still waiting for that call 11 days later. Would not recommend
I was inside said business waiting for a belt. An older gentleman walked in asked about a typewriters repair est. The employee came out and told the gentleman no motor available. Charged diagnostic $150.00 this thing was so old with there experience they should have known. Other old typewriters were in showroom. I ended up ordering a bell threw them, gave them my information 4 to 5 days cool needed it.They never got a hold of me. Got one threw different means paid three quarters less for it .I will give this place one thing they do suck
Great service. Very knowledgeable tech
Dropped off a carpet cleaner for repair. I had attempted to fix it myself, but after realizing I had no clue what I was doing, gave up and delivered it in about 5 pieces since I couldnt get it back together. It was embarrassing but they said it was no problem and theyd figure it out. I called in a week later and they said it could take up to 6 weeks. This was in fine print on the receipt, so although I was annoyed, I waited - I figured, my bad for not asking or reading the fine print. A month later, they call and say they cant fix it because they dont have all the parts - the outer enclosure was missing (which is a huge part of the machine). I swore that I brought in all the parts, but they dont recall me bringing in that part. Still, regardless of whos right and wrong, they really didnt realize that they didnt have a very large, important and seemingly obvious part for an entire month? What the hell were they doing with it this whole time? To their credit, they sold me a refurbished carpet cleaner for a fair price and took the repair cost off of the total. TL;DR: buying something from them was fine, but take your repair work elsewhere.
This place is a scam. Here is what they do. 1) you bring in a vacuum for repair, they pretend they fix it, say its not repairable, and then give you credit towards an expensive new vacuum....then, 2) they take that vacuum that wasnt repairable, go ahead and repair it, and then sell it as a refurbished vacuum. They completely scammed my wife and nothing would make my happier than if they go out of business soon.
I needed a vacuum and didnt have a lot of money to spend. Scott fixed me up with a floor model that was a great price and easily the best vacuum Ive ever owned! Great service!
The service here and at the Englewood location was horrible. Buyer beware. I spent $75 on a cleaning and now my Dyson does not work at .....
Very slow at repairing my vacuum. Its now been a month and by reading the reviews below it looks like I can expect many more days without. I would recommend finding another place to take your vaccuum for repairs.
If there was minus stars I would have selected them. Goi g on 3 weeks. I’ve heard “I’ll call you back at least 6 times, I’ve heard “let me talk to the technician” at least 4 times, I’ve heard “I’m sorry bout that” at least 8 times. I was also told “Oh, well if its only been a week it hasn’t been long enough”. Unbelievable. And be careful! This is a chain of stores that operates across Denver. They all send to one repair center.
Wish I could give a minus 10 score! Brought manual typewriter in for repair/cleaning on May 2019. Picked it up February 2020. When I dropped it off, as I was leaving Scott made his sales pitch for me to consider a new vacuum. Made many phone calls, excuses, excuses, excuses. Technician was so incompetent, could not even tell me what typewriter ribbon to order for the machine. Scott once said that he was not responsible for the technicians. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY BRINGING ITEMS TO THIS STORE FOR REPAIR. There are many other more reputable companies available.
While making masks as back up for the local hospital I needed HEPA filters. I went to More Than Vacuums in Littleton, and while making my purchase they stepped in and doubled the order, compliments of the store. I am so grateful for the display of generosity; together we will make a difference. I plan to bring every appliance and tool to them when in need of repair, because as I learned, they do much more than vacuums. Throw your support to companies that care -- and this is one of them!
Great place that I never knew about! They fixed our rug doctor. They fix so much more than vacuums...
More Than Vacuums is a wonderful store to buy a Miele vacuum, especially with the help of Scott. He gave good advice about which vacuum to buy, offered a fair price, and I left the store knowing how to work my new vacuum.
If we could rate our experience here it would be a 0! We dropped our rug doctor off for a spraying issue. After numerous phone calls, we spoke to the service technicians re-verifying the problem that it was sent to them for, we finally were told it needed a pump and the part would be $89. We were informed that our $150 deposit would cover both the part and labor. This was a 6 1/2 week later conversation! So we arrive tonight to pickup and shockingly we are now told we had to pay another $89 or they would not release our machine to us. They claimed we were misquoted by the technician. WE WILL NEVER EVER UTILIZE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! We had to do all the legwork, keep on them to answer questions and in the end we were duped! Beware!
They sell great products, but customer service is terrible. We were in need of vacuum’s and floor cleaners for our home and rentals. We read the reviews and were concerned with the number of negative reviews associated with the repair services. With an open mind we would try them out on a simple repair and are glad we did.We waited 3x longer for the repair of unit than quoted, the cost escalated, and the salesmen; were more focused on selling product than meeting the true needs of the clients, misrepresent the services, and were not pleasant when asked about the continued escalating costs for the hose replacement. 4 weeks after they tried to sell is used parts over the phone, notified us that he unit was ready and demanded we pick up the unit immediately (we were out of town). We could have purchased a new floor cleaner for the cost of the repairs. I talked with the sales person regarding the final cost in advance prior to executing the agreement and ‘don’t worry, we will take care of you.’ was his response.Buyer beware and read the fine print. After our experience, we purchased our Meiles from another source. Find another repair center with integrity.
Unreliable quotes for repair prices. Too expensive, wont be going back.I was originally told the initial diagnostic cost to check my kitchenaid mixer would be $75-95 but when I dropped it off they asked for $125! Then I was told that would include the cost of a basic tune up, like oiling and cleaning everything. When I heard from the technician, they were going to charge me an extra $100 to do that because of the labor. Then why tell me it was included in what I originally paid? Very disappointed.
Has the best customer service then any place I have ever been to. They took there time to make you feel comfortable and they help you choose the best vacuum for your home. Go here your experience will be worth it. It is not just a sale for them they really want you to be happy. I also got a great vacuum and if I ever need another vacuum I know where I will go :)
Great service when you need an appliance fixed
Great vacuum store.Came in for a rug cleaning and Scott showed me a better alternative to cleaning my hard floors from my Kirby vacuum cleaner. I bought a miele pure suction canister and got a better deal than I would have at bed bath and beyond.
I wish I could give zero stars, this place and the managers have been unreal. I took my $150 vacuum in the get repaired. They charged me $75 to fix it which was fine. After a week and a half of not hearing back from them I had to call and ask what was going on. They said I needed new filters and from what I found on line filters arent that expensive. When I came to pick it up they charges me another $60 for the filters which is way over priced. I left to go vacuum my house and when I got home the vacuum was still broken AND the lever to go from carpet to hardwood was now broken when it wasnt before I brought it in. I called them and said I just wanted my money back since clearly no work had been done and I didnt receive the service I had paid for. I told them I would drop off the vacuum and they could keep it as long as I got my money back. The person I dropped it off them tried to sell me a $500 vacuum and wouldnt listen to me when I asked him to just give me the owner or managers number. I finally got through to him and told him not to touch my vacuum or to try and repair it. That I waked to speak to a manager first and just get my money back. I told him they did not have my permission to try and fix it again until I spoke to someone. I called the manager and left a message. The next day the repair shop called and told me they had fixed my vacuum and that I could come pick it up!! I was so angry and when I tried to explain why the tech I was talking to was extremely rude and kept telling me they will not give me my money back. I had the call the manager two more times before talking to him. He told me he would look into my account and he would find a new vacuum they could give me. That was 8 days ago, I have not heard back, I have called 6-7 more times and left messages each time. So Im out $140 and cant even get ahold of anyone to help me. Super upset.
Very helpful and had what we needed. Called before I headed that way. Thanks for your help.
Wanted to give these guys a great review for their amazing service! Took in a coffee/espresso machine. The machines 2 year factory warranty had expired, and the machine was not economically repairable. These guys worked With the company and was able to replace our machine with a similar one under warranty!!! The total cost was the initial $250 diagnosis/inspection. Not only that, but they were patient. I was in the repair business, and these guys were more than I could have hoped for from an appliance repair service!Their contact could be better. It was about 3 weeks before I contacted them. They probably Should have called with an update, but I know in the repair business, 3 weeks isnt very long. (especially when dealing with poor product support, trying to get parts, waiting for shipping, being put on hold indefinitely etc etc.)To those complaining about high repair prices and more than 1 week turnover: Repairing appliances is not cheap or easy. It could take a manufacturer upwards of 10 days to ship a part. There are many factors beyond the control of a tech. ALWAYS expect a minimum of 3 weeks turnaround and $150. The most likely reason theyre eager to sell you a new vacuum is because they know repairs will cost the value of the old one. Ive turned many tools away because they were simply not economical to repair.
I went in with a new Hoover vacuum I had gotten but that was already making a horrible high pitch noise after only one use ... I walked out with a very nice Miele vacuum that is quiet and cleans amazingly well. The sales people were great and gave me a trade in value for my vacuum of more than I even paid for it helping me out to get into a great vacuum! I will now not have to worry about my vacuum for the next 20 years! Awesome! The sales people were extremely helpful and understanding of my issues and helped get me into the right vacuum for my needs and life! Thanks!!
In summary, pushy salesman... heavy, unreliable vacuum... warranty did not cover basic repairs... waited 2 1/2 weeks to hear back... ended up costing $150 to fix. Just poor customer service. I instantly regretted this purchase 2 years ago and feel stuck returning to them for service since I have the warranty. Proceed with caution,
Charged $75 just to do an estimate on a lamp repair and offered to reduce to $65 as I was new customer - they never credited me with the $10 discount. Called and said the cost would be $150! This is a lamp not a Mercedes. Im in this $75 so Im over a barrel. Let me be clear - They have the right to run their business any way they choose. I also have a right to never go there again and tell others to find a different place. The only reason they got 2 stars is they did the quote in 24 hours.12/13/16 FOLLOW UP - I went from 2 stars to 5 stars because this business cares. The measure of a business is not when everything goes right but how they respond when things dont go right. Centennial reached out to me and made my lamp repair workable and fair and did so in a professional manner. They are good people that care about their customers and about their reputation in the community - I have no reservations about using them and recommending them in the future.
They were honest and knew I couldn’t afford a new Rainbow and vacuum so they found me a refurbished one. So glad to have a Rainbow back!
I was so very lucky to have found these guys . I could have really got taken !! They are truly specialists and if youre not you better get there or be prepared to get took for a rideThey dont need to rip you off ! They want your business and they sure know theirs !!!
Took my Dyson Animal in to be cleaned, it really needed it. They did a fantastic job, ran great when I got it home! Recommend them highly!
This is from a phone call. I asked about a replacement belt for a vacuum. Was told that it would be between $10-15. I explained that it was out of stock at BB and Beyond, but they list it for $3.99. He went on and on about how this local store had to charge lots for this simple item. I had to fight him to get a price on the object. he complained that the computer was in front and in use, etc. Please respect your customers and work to be helpful. Selling something for a reasonable profit if you can start a relationship with a new customer is the way to go. Pissing people off leads to bad google reviews. Good Luck.
Friendly service with a lot of knowledge. They did a great job on my Rug Dr shampooer. Highly recommend their services.
I must say these guys are knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service. I used to buy vacuum cleaners from Wal-Mart every couple months and Id buy the top of the line and have issues, I have a new Finland and English bull dog and the vacuum cleaner I bought here has been working flawlessly for 2 years now. they always answer my questions and help me with any needs I have.
Asked this company to repair our espresso machine. They kept our machine for nearly three months (with no update except when I called after two months, wondering where my machine was) and charged me $700 for the repair. Compare to the last repair that took two weeks and cost $250.On top of that, after we brought the machine home, we discovered that they’d broken the door on the front compartment! I’d bring it back, except I know it’d be missing for another three months.Would definitely recommend going elsewhere.
This place is one of the most disorganized place I have ever been. 500 dollars in and my vaccums are not fixed. DO NOT COME HERE.
Fast, easy, not pushy at all helped me with exactly what I needed! Bought a Dyson from Costco and it didnt clean at all! We needed a vacuum we have four kids and I wanted the machine same day and didnt want to wait for it to get shipped to me, I did a lot of research and it seems that the Miele vacuum cleaner is the top rated and consistent in its performance! I then did some research of where to buy the vacuum and these guys have the best reviews and they seemed to care about getting their customers a great value and buying experience...Thank you
Very helpful - the Royal has been terrific making it easy to clean stairs, and furniture. Its also very powerful and light weight. Its better than lugging a heavier full size vacuum up and down the stairs.
I went in to buy a new high end vacuum after a poor experience with a Kenmore. The sign on the building said trade ins welcome. I went in with my wife, we spent a hour looking at the different models and settled on a Simplicity. Tony agreed to a trade in amount and he asked me to shake on the deal, a little strange but I did. I went home and the next day came back with my trade in. I waited while he handled a couple of other customers. He then informed me that the price we agreed on was yesterdays price and today it is 99.00 dollars more I was shocked, disappointed with what seemed like a very reputable store only to find out that it was nothing more than a bait and switch organization with questionable sale tactics. I left to find a more trustworthy store. Can you imagine how disappointed you would be if you purchased from a store like this only to find out any promise of future service was probably not going to be followed through any better than their original commitment.
I went down to see if they could help fix my steam cleaner as we had lost a plastic washer. The owner appeared to be very nice and went to check and see if he had an extra part on a used vacuum, and unfortunately he did not.He went on to tell me that they no longer made the part, however he would give me $15 for a trade in towards a newer model.I went home and found the part online, and including shipping it cost me $8.50While the owner was incredibly friendly and personable, I do not believe that they are trustworthy.
They are great! I want to commend this company, especially Kal. He put in a lot of time in fixing my frying pan. He went over and above what was necessary. Im highly recommending this company on past workmanship and service.
When I took in our Kitchen Aid kitchen mixer I said I didnt want to pay more for a repair than a new one would cost. I was charged $125 to provide an estimate and then an additional 119.55 to complete the repair. The total was more than the cost of a new one The up front charge of $125 is the catch. If they dont lower the cost of giving an estimate, I wont take another appliance to them.
Haz and Baxter were outstanding. This small business goes out of their way to serve and educate their customers. I was able to make a wise consumer choice because they took the time to ask about our needs and answer questions openly and honestly. Definitely worth the trip.
Traded in my Dysons for a Shark. Quick and easy and great customer service!
100% happy i called around and nobody had the parts for my eureka vacuum cleaner. these guys offered to order it faster than the rest but they ended up actually having the eureka vacuum filter in stock. they even had a kebmire canister that i loved!
Helpful knowledgeable staff they have been helping me keep my eureka vacuum cleaner in order for years now. When I need vacuum belts maintenance or service this is where I come. When I can I plan to come and consider one of their German vacuum cleaners made by Miele I tested that machine at this store and performed the black carpet test to help me show it cleaned the dog hair that Im accustomed to on my carpets.Thank you guys come see them!!!
Best place to buy a vacuum or kitchenaid mixer. They will also service anything you can carry in with your hands. Such a cool store. Its nice when a business knows what its talking about.
So first I tried buying parts to fix my kitchenaid mixer myself and we struggled to do so. Then I decided to bring it here and they were able to fix it. They offered me a free loaner while they fixed mine and Im a baker so that was great. If you ever need your kitchen aid mixer bring it here!
This place is high pressure sales all over! I wanted a replacement part for a Dyson, they said it’s special order and I should just buy a new vacuum that they like better. I declined and ordered the part at 75$. I did not have the serial number with me at the time,( just the model number) they said to call when I️ got home with the number to make sure it’s the right part, or just cancel the order completely if I️ decided on a new vacuum. Before I️ called More then vacuums, I called the actual dyson service center in park meadows and they had the part in stock for 22$. I called back more then vacuums to cancel the order, they said they will just apply the amount to my account toward the purchase of a new vacuum. After explaining I do not want a new vacuum, they said it’s a long process to get the refund to my card. Its been months and I have not got my money back, they just won’t process the return and every time I call they blow me off. Shop somewhere els!! This place sucks!!
They waited and helped me even though we rushed in just as they were closing. Stayed after hours. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We had finally broke down and purchased a Miele vacuum a year or so ago after several years of crappy vacuums from Target etc... Never looked back, this vacuum is amazing, but for the price, obviously worth getting fixed when we vacuumed up a clothespin by accident... so appreciated the patient courteous staff. Home with a working machine and a happy mamma again :)
I feel they ripped us off. We bought a new Royal vacuum in 2014. Vacuum died on us last week. Repair shop where we live now in Albuquerque charged us $180 since the 2008 model is no longer under warranty. Dont buy from them! Dont buy Royal.
These guys suck!Moral of the story is I should have done my homework. Their items are overpriced (compared to the same items being sold at other retailers, but they will haggle down to try to make think you are getting a deal.)Bought a product and it broke within and hour of use. Tried to make up a BS excuse as to why it broke, what an insult. Im not an idiot, even went to another shop to verify and they laughed. They offered me a replacement at their cost, or to look at it then Im responsible for the parts. This is BS. They will try to take advantage of you.You choice, but if you go there you were warned.
Very knowledgable and friendly service with fair prices and generous warranties. They fixed my KitchenAid mixer within days and helped me find a quality vacuum that fit my budget and lifestyle needs. No pressure sales, which I appreciated. Will definitely be back as needed!
Very positive experience with knowledgeable sales staff. Greatly recommend trialing equipment in person because they shared so much more than you can read or even research over the internet. Haz and Scott gave us all options to consider, as opposed to steering us just toward the most expensive unit. Highly recommend!
Very helpful service on the phone and easy to find. Accredited business and they specialize in KitchenAid mixer repair service Ive had my 20 years and it finally needed some attention and they were eager and helpful to help.
Haz was very helpful in getting the replacement part I needed for my vacuum. They even kept the doors open for me after closing time to help me out. I appreciate their effort put towards customer satisfaction.
I needed a vacuum today for my new cleaning business. Although I ended up paying more than I expected, I was met with wonderful expertise by Hazem Murib, who waited late for me and gave fair deal. I feel better buying a good product from a local store. I will definitely come back for all my vacuuming needs.
Great experience! Showed me all the features of the vacuums I was interested in and didnt try to upsell me. I recommend this to anyone needing a vacuum!
Great service! Always willing to make a deal and work with me! Such kind and respectable service!!!! Thank you come find them for all your top of the line equipment!
I have been looking for kirby vacuum cleaner bags and needed the shampoo and finally found this great little store. The store is very good and they have a large selection of products.
Haz was fantastic! We’re so happy with our new Miele! This is the go to place for all of your homes small appliance repair and/or for a new vacuum. Forget Amazon, forget eBay, and forget Dyson. So glad my partner and I came here even after spending 10+ hours researching vacuums.Haz was kind, so knowledgeable, eager to show every feature and very understanding of my needs, my homes needs and also didnt try to nickel and dime me or my partner. There are few business that I will call honest, but you can trust this place. If youre making a trek here, its worth it.We came in knowing a fair amount about Miele and knew that it would probably be our final choice, but Haz took the time to explain and let us handle the different models and also other brands to finalize our decision. Please support small businesses, and trust that this place is geared towards the customer that cares about their home, their wallet, and wants the buy it for life quality, and knowledgeable employees.
Really nice small business. Super friendly and helpful. Recommend if you have a kirby!
Great vacuum store for Dyson vacuum repair and parts. Staff was helpful and gave good information.
Brought in my Miele S344 platinum canister, negotiated for a new Miele S8380 vacuum and got a great repair on my old one. Very accommodating staff... Ive been to other vacuum dealers and I recommend these guys!!!
Great cell phone with good workers that are helpful. They helped me get a replacement phone under warranty. After my original phone had a defective battery.
Brought my black and decker iron that doesnt heat up. Really friendly helpful staff very hospitable. Great local repair shop.
Brought our new miele jazz vacuum cleaner for a tune up and got the bags and filters for this machine. Cant wait to get this machine home we love having a good vacuum cleaner. I have made the mistake of buying Wal-Mart vacuums for the l longest time.
I had previously rated this place 5 stars, but my most recent experience was terrible. My Miele vacuum began to shut the roller brush off every time wed pull it back (canister style), so I brought it in to have it looked at. First, they charged me a bench fee of $95 just to tell me whats wrong with it. After 3 weeks, I finally got it back. They replaced the roller brush, which needed to be replaced, but also replaced a electronic chip, that, according to the store employee, is almost never necessary. I paid another $160 for that. When I got it home, same problem immediately. So when I took it back, I had to drop it off again, and leave it for another week until I got it back again. Turns out, the handle / hose needed to be replaced, for another $90. In the meantime, they did not have a loaner vacuum that I could borrow, so I had to drive to their location on Broadway to get one. In the end, I paid $300 for a repair that should have cost me $100. Only reason it got 2 stars was because of Scott, the store employee, who was very nice. Will be going back to Anderson Vacuums, where I bought it, to have it repaired in the future.
I had 3 interactions with this place. One was okay, nothing special. Dropped off a Dyson vacuum to get serviced. 2 weeks later called to check on it and the guy that called me back was not very helpful. Made me feel like I could pay 185 to fix my vacuum that was like 10 years old or force me to buy a new one. He got sassy with me and by then I just wanted my vacuum back after paying 125 to even have them look at it and then paying 185 more was just not an option. I wanted to cut my losses by then. However, when I did return to pick up my vacuum we worked with someone who I believe was the store manager named Hass (sp) and he completely turned around my experience and let me feel like I was in control and not being forced to buy another vacuumBTW I did buy a new vacuum. A Miele to be exact and I am very happy with the outcome. Would have given them a 5 had it not been for the call i had with Alex.I
Had a bagless shark was very unhappy filthy machine, sales process was quick and honest. Came away with a great vacuum. Would recommend.
Really helpful and got us what we needed to help us out for sure would recommend coming here for vacuum accessories or a vacuum
Awesome customer service and an amazing deal, Im helping my sister buy a vacuum now and I cant wait to come back and get my own!
Knowledgeable personal service and got me what I needed pretty efficiently with a great cup of coffee to keep me going! Was considering a Bosch vacuum and it was the availability of dealers for parts and service that changed towards a new Miele Classic C1 canister vacuum cleaner to replace my Kirby vacuum cleaner upstairs.
I brought in my DeLonghi espresso maker because it was not grinding the coffee beans. They demanded $200 upfront, without even assessing the problem. They explained that if they could not fix my machine, or if the total cost for repair was more than I wanted to spend, the $200 would serve as a down payment on a refurbished, more expensive machine. I heard nothing for at least four weeks. Finally, the service repair person called and said that he could find nothing wrong with my espresso maker. The money, however, was nonrefundable. Since this was on a Monday and I was planning to leave on Wednesday for a month, I asked if I could pick it up the following day. He insisted that I needed to wait for a call. Needless to say, I waited all day Tuesday for naught. I postponed my trip and, sure enough, he called on Wednesday. Now, about six months later, I have the same problem. By the way, when I came in to pick up my machine, another woman was there to pick up her vacuum. Unfortunately, they gave her the wrong one. When she complained, they discovered that they had given hers to another customer, who had already taken it home.
Wow. I haven’t had this unpleasant of a business transaction in well over 10 years. Communication was terrible: they kept changing their story and had my stereo for over a week before contacting me. Once they knew what was wrong with it, they still consistently refused to give me a price quote, saying they would fix it first, then tell me the cost, and if it was too much they would undo the repair. I finally forfeited my deposit just to get my property back, and even that didn’t go smoothly. I’m so glad not to have any further interaction with this shady company. Oh, and he called me “dear” and “honey”. I was so disgusted that I wouldn’t even set foot back onto his premises to pick up the stereo and had to send my husband in. This really has been a nasty experience all around. Women steer clear!
Great store. Nice demos. We bought a nice vacuum. Great service
Got some friendly service on our metro pcs phone service. Helped me get a phone replacement for free for my daughter. I woukd definitely come back for future appliance or vacuum cleaner needs.
Went to Rocky Mountain vacuum store and they had a week delay for the parts. Cane here and they had the belt in stock. great service
Great buying experience was planning on getting a cheap $200 vacuum and I had heard of Miele and I loved the 7 year warranty option and how well this machine would clean my pet hair.
I highly recommend you start here if you need any appliance or need your appliance serviced verses buying from a big box store. I dont write reviews much at all...I was just really impressed and compelled to write one today after my experience today.I purchased a vacuum at big box store that is basically the wrong model for my home but the big box store associates didnt ask me anything just said its the best brand out there. Now while that is true (I have a Miele) I have one that is great for hardwoods but not ideal for carpet and I have some carpets and a dog so...I should have been smarter but made a purchase that wasnt quite right.Haz and Scott at Centennial TV Vac Sew More explained this all to me in under 10 minutes along with some great demonstrations to educate me on what is right for my floors and what is going to last me for the next 20 years. They are extremely savvy and very helpful and you can tell that helping the customer comes first for them and thats what I love to see in businesses. So again, buy new or get your appliances fixed at Centennial TV Vac Sew More. Its local and they are working hard to be on the cutting edge. They will call the manufacture for you while you are there to see what coverage you can get and I know they are asking the right questions helping me as best they can!Liz Coatney
FREE loaner while they fixed my vacuum which was a lifesaver. My old vacuum was too far gone so we bought a new miele vacuum cleaner and just in time for Christmas
Brought in my Bosch mixer and they had it fixed in 3 days and I was so pleased to find a local repair shop that repaired things and this store is so quaint and offered me a 1 year warranty.
Needed sebo filter bags and the palce I went to normally shut down. These guys were very helpful and great. Pleasant small business to work with for sebo vacuum cleaners
Bought a Dyson vacuum cleaner had for 5 years and wasnt satisfied with it. I started doing research online and on Amazon and was finding lots of information and was overwhelmed, I ordered an Electrolux vacuum cleaner online and it was pulling out the carpet fibers.I called around to the local vacuum stores and found some stores that had sewing machine but wanted someone specialized in vacuum cleaners.I called here and spoke with Scott and Hazem and I felt immediately that they understood my concerns and anticipated my questions on upkeep and maintenance of the vacuum. They were able to help me understand what my needs are and how to use the machine properly.I spent nights and nights reading reviews and doing research and finally decided to come here and they helped me in a quarter of the time I spent online they showed me everything I needed to know from bags to filters to cleaning techniques.Bought a Sebo D4 canister vacuum and Im so relieved!
Came in with my dyson animal DC50 the head had stopped working. Mike had the agitator part on hand and had me fixed up in no time while waiting. Would recommend these guys for dyson vacuum repair
Had a Dyson vacuum cleaner that was giving us trouble, they helped me learn what was happening at my carpet level and showed me the Miele Canister vacuum. Highly recommend these guys friendly through service

We bought a Miele cannister vacuum and two IQAIR systems. The products here are amazing! We had a great experience and will be back!
We have a Electrolux vacuum cleaner and we were tired of buying vacuums over and over again from the big box stores. I finally came to the realization that bagless vacuums are probably not the best. It made sense to use to invest in a really good vacuum and after some research I found all the positive feedback about the Miele vacuum cleaners. The staff here is knowledgeable and helpful. Made it easy to pick the right system for our home and lifestyle.
I brought in my KitchenAid KNOWING what was wrong with it. The boy at the front told me it would be $85 for a testing and it would all go to the price of the parts and actual fixing. I took the mixer in on 10/10 and on 10/15 the same boy called me back and said it going going to be ANOTHER $95 for them to finish fixing it, but they ordered the part and it would only be a few more days. OK so for all that I could have bought a brand new mixer but they had it so I said go ahead. On 10/20( Saturday) I called to see if I could come pick it up since I live over an hour away. The guy that answered the phone had NO IDEA what he was talking about. After asking some prompting ( i.e. Is the part in?) the guy said he didnt think the part was ordered and my mixer was STILL in the back in pieces....are you kidding me....he said he would look into it and call me back Tuesday....TUESDAY?!?! I said NO i want a call back today to see whats going on so he proceeded to tell me he would keep looking into it and call me back that day. I thanked him and hung up. He called me back about 10 mins later and said and I quote the handle is broken we need to order the part UM DUH THATS WHY I BROUGHT IT TO YOU I BROKE THE HANDLE! Giving him the benefit of the doubt I told him that I understood that and could he please tell me if the part was ordered and when. He told me again well we need to order that part. So I told him about the phone call and that the part was suppose to be ordered earlier that week and it should have been done by Friday. He started getting VERY angry with me and talking over me about it wasnt his fault and what do you want me to do? I asked again when the part was ordered IF it was even ordered...again he would not answer the question and started getting very upset even more so then he was before so after he went off on his ranting and raving I asked him if I could talk and he said please so I asked the same question again When was the part ordered if... he cut me off and so I cut him off and said no this is my time to talk shh and he said you do shh me and hung up the phone!!!I normally wouldnt go into such detail about a stupid conversation but I just want to stress HOW rude this guy was. I have worked in customer service for a long time myself and I was simply asking a little question. I have to say if I hadnt PREPAID the $85 I would have went and picked up all the pieces to my mixer and told them a few choice words in person...it is 10/25 and I STILL have not received my mixer and there has been no phone call for an update.I am sure there are great reviews and Im sure there are wonderful, knowledgeable people there but I DID NOT work with any other them.Oh and just to add this cracks me up...the owner has a fireplace size picture of himself hanging over the front desk...I think he may be a little full of himself from the look of the picture...this has nothing to do with the service just a funny side note :)
Small shop. Knowledge and friendly staff. Difficulty handling multiple customers.
Came in with a Dyson dc40 that was not doing the job and I found what reminded me of a better version of my old Tristar canister Im the new happy owner of a Miele vacuum cleanet
Very disappointing! Brought Singer sewing machine in to be cleaned and calibrated. The man told me my machine was old and Imight should consider replacing it. Was told at least 2-3 weeks. I explained this is how I make money and eat. So they then states they would start in two days. I called 3 days later to be told tevh had a heart attack and they have no idea when they could get to it. They were supposedly training new techs. Not interested in my machine being a training tool. Omar gave me the service center number stating it was there and not in shop but when I called it Omar answered. I told them I would come pick it up now and wanted a refund. They said they could not refund right then but would in a few days. Been 4 days and still no refund. When my man called they said it was done last night and w oukd take 2-3 days to post - bullcrap! I know how retail works. Since it never left shop they had it there I came to pick it up. He argued that it might be apart already and if so he could not give a refund. Doesnt add up when tech is out.The man told me that there are few people that can do this right. He kept wishing me luck in finding someone qualified. I told I had already found someone. He again wished me luck using a tone of likely not going to be good.I took my machine to All Rays vacuum. They said my machine was the best ever made by Singer. I would be wise to keep it. They had the tech right there and work on them in the shop. The machine was done in two days. Works beautifully. It needed to be calibrated to the thick thread I was using.I cannot stand companies that try to put fear in their customers in hopes they stick with them - so glad I did not let them touch it! Their tactic of pressuring customers through fear is just that - tacky tacky tacky. Rays will be my place of choice. Rays obviously has business due to integrity!Sherry Bainbridge PhD
