Home Cleanology is the best. They’re very communicative, professional and do a great job. Jordan is the team lead at our property and I cannot say enough good things. She’s always keeping in touch with me to see if there’s anything else they can do and what needs extra attention. I highly recommend this company!

We use Home Cleanology 1-2 times per month for both deep and standard house cleaning. Jordan has been the primary person who services our house specifically and I can not say enough great things about her! Not only are her cleaning skills are off the charts but she is very professional, works around our large (and sometimes aggressively barking) German Shepherd dog and is super flexible with our scheduling. She is very personable and overall just a pleasure and positive presence to be around. I couldnt say enough great things about her and the HC service!

Sally (?), a CSR, scheduled a cleaning appointment for one of my house listings. She was helpful and, as far as I could tell, she asked all the right questions. However, her good service was completely sabotaged by the crew who arrived, lead by - I suspect - the owner. He took a look at the property (which was a flip with new floors, tiles, and no furniture to deal with) and decided that the work order was outside of the realm of service that Sally booked. So, rather than simply cleaning what was budgeted, they walked! This forced me to report this incompetence (or laziness) to my local investors network, as this crews unprofessionalism cost me two days of down time. This could have been ongoing, repeat work, but whomever made the decision to walk cost them more than they realize.

I have been using Home Cleanology for about 4 months having them come bi-weekly. Nikki is the team member that leads the crew that cleans our house. She has great attention to detail and does an excellent job every visit. Additionally, she is professional, and friendly. I would definitely recommend their services.

Back in 2017 I used Home Cleanology for a moving clean between tenants at my condo. It was a big job and while they cleaned it it didnt quite meet my expectations. I reached out to Troy and let him know my concerns and in the spirit of true customer service he sent a crew back to my condo to address my concerns. There was no arguing or haggling he made sure the job was done right!This July, three years later, I remembered my experience with Troy and decided to try Home Cleanology again. I can tell you they did not disappoint. The tenants had been there for three years so it really needed a cleaning. Troy and his team are amazing. I work in a pretty large office and Jordan comes twice a week to clean and they also clean our residence here too. They keep the outside of our building clean and looking great and even bring the garbage cans in for me after its been picked up. Jordan is always so polite and so easy to work with. She is there to help and always makes sure to check in with me about what needs to get done that day. Jackie and Kryssi have been taking such good care of me and my home. One thing that always worries me about cleaning companies is whether they are dependable. These folks are so reliable and always show up on time and ready. They bring all their own supplies and are very fast and thorough. They are cheerful and have a great sense of humor. They are never gossipy, so I dont worry if they clean for my neighbors that my untidy secrets could get out. (thats a joke). Sally is the manager and she is always careful to make sure our calendars are in sync. She even dropped by to check on things when we first got started. Talk about sparkle, if you want it, these women have it. Ive been more than pleased.

Weve been using Home Cleanology for over a year now to clean our house every other week. Overall, they do a great job. Been reading some of the other reviews, yes there may be some turnover, but I still see some of the same people as I did a year ago when we started. I think they just rotate personnel; and what labor intensive, customer service job doesnt have a good amount of turnover? And usually you will see the same cleaners again and again. Recently for us its been Jordan; she has done an excellent job. Shes very friendly, punctual, will send us a text if shes running early or late(due to weather), and always makes sure we are satisfied before she leaves. Weve also loved Miss Jackie and Megan and a couple others since working with them. The manager Sally and the owner Troy are great too. Easy to change scheduling with them when life gets in the way of your usual routine. We have a husky - LOTS of pet hair, and a newborn baby. They do a great job getting all the hair and I like that the cleaning products they use arent as harmful as the usual stuff, but still does the job. Occasionally there may be a small pile of hair/dirt/crumbs gathered in a corner that was missed after a cleaning, but I dont mind, I just grab a paper towel, wipe it up and done. However, Ive noticed that the longer you use them, and the fact that you get the same people again and again will result in a better, faster cleaning. Usually they get in and out with a basic clean in about an hour and a half to two hours, for a price that beats spending the entirety of your day off cleaning your house. Bottom line is these guys and gals are dependable, friendly, professional, and your house will be nice and clean when they leave. And no, I am not affiliated with this company in any way, I just like to write, been using these guys for a while, theyve done a good job and deserve a nice review.

Ive had great service with Home Cleanology. The first two visits, we had some hiccups with expectation, but the office staff is professional and quick to remedy it. Since then, we have a consistent crew of Shawna, Hailee, & Kryssi - who are always pleasant and do a great job. We have a deceptively large floorplan, with a LOT of hardwood/synthetic flooring and two large dogs. It is hard to do the floors well! They have attention to detail, and even ask me if theres any areas that I want special focus on. Also, I have experienced other cleaning services who use natural products, but just dont get things really clean. This crew gets things clean and I dont have to worry about mystery bleach spots or harsh chemicals ruining finishes on furniture.

Cleaned up a rental of mine that had 4 guys in their twenties renting it. Came out great and you couldnt tell it was the same house afterwards.

We were charged $370 for them to “deep” clean a 1200 sq foot unfurnished home with one bathroom. I am very disappointed with this company. I had to go behind and clean out all of the cabinets in the kitchen and there was still grime on the walls. There is no way the amount of work they did should cost that much money for such a small space.Edit to the reply I received: normal wear and tear is one thing and I understand this is an older home. Cleaning the oven is a one person job that doesn’t take “13 hours” of labor. Same with the baseboards and walls . We couldn’t respond within 24 hours because we work extended hours and were currently living in another place which is why we hired you to clean our new home. We found caked dust in one of the closets just last night and books from the previous owners, so this area was certainly not cleaned. I’m not looking for a fight but charging someone that much money for such a small job is robbery.

Troy and his team first came to clean my apartment back in September. They were all very friendly and thorough with the job they did. Their prices are affordable and I have them scheduled to come back today for another appointment because I was so impressed with their work last time. They even got under the couch! Looking forward to another great cleaning from Home Cleanology. Oh! And they care about not introducing toxins to your home with environmentally friendly products, which is another perk!

The crew did my apartment move out cleaning and did a wonderful job. They saw places that I wouldnt have thought to clean. I have scrubbed my tubs and wasnt getting anywhere and they had it sparking. Highly recommend.

As a former worker of Homecleanology, I will keep this review as fair as possible.I was hired as a Operations Manager, assisting with hiring, employee issues and time off requests, scheduling cleaning jobs for each day etc...During my hiring process I was very clear and upfront on my issues I would experience working as a manager at previous jobs. I am very honest and will point out the obvious issues and do my upmost to solve or fix and problems that arise. I do not do well with lying, backbiting, telling one person one thing then doing another, favoritism, dishonesty the list can go on.The business does not have a firm foundation, there is constantly tension between the owners, little to no communication and when there is any communication it is misconstrued and taken the wrong way, delivered wrong, and handled wrong.After 2 months working at Homecleanology, I began to see patterns of backbiting, dishonesty and favoritism. There was a big surge in unsettling feelings with all the employees due to the newly hired Training Manager who would talk about the other employees. Point out flaws of other workers in secret, would talk bad about fellow workers to these new hires. This manager would hound the employees at jobs, hover or lord over them on things to work on constantly. Even things the employees clearly had not even cleaned yet, this manager would point out issues that they didnt want missed.After many weeks of employees asking me to help bring it to the attention of Troy and Sally. I finally did, I found an opportunity to bring these concerns to there attention. They responded lets sit on this and well meet up later and discuss it which I agreed. However this meeting never happened. Disappointed employees were now growing frustrated at the now uncomfortable working environment which was causing more issues because employees were now dissatisfied coming to a place of work where the tension was so thick everyone could see and feel it.We had many employees just never showing back up to work, 3 employees put in their 2 week notice, Troy wanted my opinion and asked for my help in keeping the employees, I did restate the unresolved issues and my frustrations were now mounting at the laxed way that Troy and Sally were handling their business.The cherry on the cake was Tuesday November 12th 2019. (3 or 4 months working here) I took a extended weekend break to visit family in Michigan because of a recent and unexpected loss of my first grandchild who only lived 10 hrs after being born prematurely in September 2019. I came to work 9 mins late I was approached by Troy who asked if we could talk. Without going Into all the details, I was blindsided by Troys apparent anger with me, and accused of not having accountability for being late by 9mins that day, and how I took two days off the previous week and how I was now taking Wednesdays off too! Here is where I knew what kind of people are running this business... yes I was late that day. I agree, however other employees had been over 30 mins late and was just dropped off at the jobsite with me. So I know this could not be a huge issue this day. As for taking 2 days off, there was no work, I had discussed this with the other owner Sally and we agreed that I would take the day off leaving a fuller work day for the other employees since I could door dash to make extra money when not working there. As for me taking off Wednesdays, this is a clear solid day for appointments that were becoming frequent and since work was slow and I was giving Tuesday and Wednesday off more then once I figured I was doing their business a favor by this. BUT! This is not how they understood it, Troy inappropriately took matters way too far and got personal even put his finger in my face and then when I said I was going home and was not feeling like working because at this point I was in tears Troy asked for his keys. Pretty much fired me on the spot.So with all this said. If your looking for a reliable honest well founded company to clean your home or work for. This is not it.

Home cleanology is amazing. They are so professional, efficient, sweet and hard working. I messed up my appointment time and no one answered the door for them. I’m selling my home in a rush, unexpectedly, and they still managed to reschedule the appointment and get my house deep cleaned the very next day, despite really not having openings for the day after my missed appointment. I just could not believe their kind and positive attitudes, despite me wasting their time the day the appointment was supposed to occur. They worked magic on my home. I’m so thankful for them.

Above and Beyond Cleaning Specialists! We had the crew come in and do a move-out cleaning and we were so impressed. They were on time and had rendered services that were beyond our expectations. Fast, efficient, funny, kind, and just plain the BEST. I highly recommend these people for your next job.

Over he past few years we have tried multiple other services hat would wow us for the first few cleanings and then it was like they sent a secondary team that never left the house feeling clean until we called and complained. I have to say I never feel less then happy and grateful with everyone that has cleaned for us at Home Cleanology. I like that they use natural products, and they always do a great job with getting the dog fur off of the rugs and couch. Seriously if you are looking at trying them, do it. They are reasonably priced and have the best customer service.

We love that Troy works with us I am pregnant with twins and have 3 little girls we needed the help. Our house was getting out of control. He came to our house by himself the first time and took his time the next time he brought help and they did an amazing job. I could not be happier with how great out house looks after they leave. - I told them repeatedly that i needed my place cleaned every 3 weeks, but they never scheduled as such. Had to remind them every time.- High turnover: almost every time a new set of people showed up to clean.- Low quality: one time I noticed that they hadnt dusted wood furniture downstairs so had to ask them to do so.Another time i asked them to change bed sheets, this is supposed to be a standard part of service, and the cleaners actually left the main sheet (dirty) on the bed after they told me everything had been changed.I fired them after about 3 months and wouldnt recommend them.

I had a great experience. I bought a Groupon just to get my house cleaned up before my landlord shows it to new potential renters, and I may have found a monthly cleaner for our new home! Troy was great, super prompt and friendly, and the house looks great. Another company told me the Groupon wouldnt honor baseboards, walls, etc and would cost extra. Troy came in with his assistant and they worked up a sweat getting as much as they possibly could done (which is not an easy feat as I have multiple large dogs, and admittedly have not cleaned walls or baseboards since moving in). Very happy with my experience, will recommend and use again!

These guys (and they were all guys) have absolutely no idea what clean is! I bought the 6 hr whole house cleaning - WHAT A JOKE! So many areas left completely untouched! Who doesnt clean behind a door?! Who doesnt mop under the beds?! Who doesnt clean behind the toilet!? Who doesnt clean between the fridge and the wall?! . . THESE GUYS, THATS WHO!! . . And the list goes on. Didnt come when they were suppose to and then left after 2 hrs! I cleaned for 1 1/2 hrs after they left, and theres still more to do! If youre expecting your house to be really clean (even WITH the so called 6 hr purchase . . FORGET IT!!! The talk and sales pitch is great . . But the cleaning is HORRIBLE!!
