I had formerly been under the care of IMO the best Doctor of Audiology formerly in the State (Dr. Barbara Jenkins - who has since retired) and have found Dr Breithart to be every bit as competent, compassionate, knowledgeable and professional as Dr Jenkins. I am the should have done it sooner poster child. But after people started wearing masks, I could no longer compensate by reading lips. I asked a close friend who has benefited from hearing aids for two decades, and he enthusiastically recommended Dr. Katie Breithart. Boy was he right! Dr. Breithart is clearly quite skilled and she certainly made me feel both comfortable and confident I was getting the right solution for my needs.After a thorough hearing evaluation, she then took the time to talk to my wife and I about our observations, my lifestyle and how that might affect the kind of devices chosen, and answered a slew of questions. Then and only then did she recommend a specific solution. I was able to try on demo models to confirm fit and functionality, and walked out with a great solution that day. In two weeks, just as promised, my custom hearing aides came in and I exchanged the demo models for my own pair. Dr Breithart carefully programmed them to my hearing tests, and then made minor adjustments based on my in office experience. Net result, after three months I have my hearing back and I often forget I am even wearing my hearing aids. I know my needs will continue to change, but I have Dr. Breithart on my side, and that gives me great confidence.

Dr. Katie Breithart at HRC was great to work with. My wife and I recently got tested. My wife had slight loss but Dr Breithart said it wasnt bad enough to warrant hearing aids. Mine was a little worse and it was recommended that I get hearing aids. It ended up costing us less than we anticipated. Dr Breithart explained everything well, showed me how to use and take care of the aids, and was a pleasure to work with.

Sadly our experience very unacceptable with respect to the costumer service we were given and we returned the hearing aids within the trial period.After further research we determined that all the top end hearing aid brands are very similar so you really are paying for a knowledgeable audiologist that you trust and feel conformable with.As we learned the hard way I would advise everyone to interview multiple audiologist and not jump into the first place with the best sales pitch. Quality of life is too important and this is an critical and expensive investment so take your time and look around.

I had my annual checkup and once again they were great at the office. They were professional and friendly, listened to how things were going and had options for some of the little things that I need to have adjusted. Dr. Brock S. was great. Does take Medicare but the Booth hearing tests were no charge, so he can determine what is going on in my ears. I may need to see an ENT before hearing aids are considered, thats where the big dollars are needed. Parking was tight and to the back of the building. They have several locations to pick from. Clean ladies room too, left as you enter the building.

Having to attend a graduation ceremony the next day, my left hearing aid went completely dead. I called HRC early in the morning in hopes to get it fixed in time to enjoy the ceremony. Marti, the receptionist, was very helpful in getting me in right away. Dr Katie Breithart was there to check it out and found it necessary to send the aid back to the factory for a repair. Although very disappointing to hear that, Dr Katie was able to get a replacement aid, even using my molded earpiece, until my aid was repaired and returned. I cant thank them enough for their caring and excellent customer service. Ive always been treated that way at HRC!

The folks at Hearing Rehab Center in Lone Tree and in Littleton have been great. I tried 3 or 4 other hearing device resources without finding hearing aids that were comfortable and worked. But after working with Brock and Brandy Ive had excellent results with the Lyric hearing aids I purchased through them.They provided me with several different trial devices until I found the one that worked best for me. Theyre always friendly and welcoming when I have questions or need some service.

I had been in Lyric hearing aids for several years and was very satisfied with them except for the constant worry about getting them wet and failure of the batteries. This inevitably occurred while on a trip or a weekend evening which, of course, required that I make a frantic call to have them replaced and/or take time off work. When I discussed alternatives with Dr. Wade, he was very supportive of investigating other hearing aids but understood that getting out of Lyrics would involve some adjustments. We decided to try other types of hearing aids. Dr. Wade was right. It does take some getting used to maintaining and caring for removable hearing aids but after several visits to adjust volume and such, I became very comfortable with the new devices. Thanks so much to Dr. Wade for his patience, expertise and caring. I never thought I would get out of Lyrics but now enjoy an overall lower cost, improved sound quality but most of all, a renewed sense of self-sufficiency!

Dr. Wade has been awesome in helping me come to the realization that I had real, valid hearing loss that should be treated with hearing aids. Being a newly-40 year old woman, I struggled with the stigma that comes with hearing aids. Dr. Wade partnered with me to select aids that were effective while inconspicuous. I cannot believe the difference and the IMPROVEMENT in my QUALITY OF LIFE now that I can hear more normally! He is kind, understanding, super knowledgeable, and approachable. Had my Moms hearing g tested and these guys tuned up her hearing aids without having to take her there. Shes very old and can no longer walk very well so this was a great help to me. Very nice people.

My 92 year old mother is deaf in her left ear and relies completely on a hearing aid for her right ear. She suddenly lost her hearing completely and we assumed her hearing aid was defective. We scheduled an appointment with Dr. Breithart. We were seen the same day. We were greeted graciously with very little wait time. Dr. Breithart diagnosed the problem immediately (ear wax accumulation). She proceeded to clean moms hearing aid and removed the wax from both of her ears. Mom is now hearing better than she has in years. Dr. Breithart is professional, knowledgeable and compassionate and gained our trust and loyalty in one visit. I highly recommend Dr. Steven Wade and HRC. Dr. Wade has the technical knowledge of hearing aids along with the software expertise to assure my hearing aids matched my specific needs. I really appreciate the way he intently listens to you. I have worn hearing aids for most of my life. This new pair is the 7th set of aids for me. With my experience wearing hearing aids, I believe I am a tough customer. Being an engineer and very picky, I was impressed with Dr. Wades ability to understand what I was asking for and then translate it into programming changes. I was especially impressed that he has actually listened to different hearing aids. It was the first time I had heard this from a person with normal hearing, dispensing hearing aids. I first saw Dr. Wade about 18 months ago. At the time, I had gone 35 years with no good solution for my hearing problem.I have a total hearing loss in my right ear due to a severe head injury received in a car accident when I was 15 years old. For all these years, I accepted that I couldnt be helped.Then, Dr. Wade introduced me to the cross system. The tiny microphone on my right ear transmits sound to the small receiver on my left ear. It works so well that I now feel comfortable having conversations with people on either side of me!! My hearing a month ago was terrible and beyond. Today I was tested again with my hearing aids and have a 30% improvement in hearing and am thrilled. In the past, in restaurants and crowded settings before, I was useless in a conversation. On Tuesday at a Mardi Gras party, I could take part in conversations, that before Dr. Wades care, I would have been just sitting there feeling left out. I am so happy with the professionalism, care and knowledge that Dr. Wade gave me and highly recommend him to anyone who wants to get more back to normal.

I have worn hearing aids for over 25 years due to sensorineural hearing loss. During that time I have worn a variety of aids. However, most recently, I was under-amplified and was having great difficulty in picking up certain speech sounds. Dr. Wade was recommended to me, and I am now wearing Oticon Alta Pro hearing aids as a result. They are simply amazing. I am hearing sounds and speech like never before. Anyone who wears hearing aids and understands hearing loss will know that its not just about turning the volume up on the aids. That can often lead to an annoying mix of sounds and confusion, making it even more difficult to understand what people are saying. The Oticon Alta Pros provide incredible clarity.
