This company does great work. We brought in a bathroom mirror that needed to be cut and they were able to do it while we waited, cleaned up all edges and even wrapped the corners for the ride home. Ive talked to other business owners in the area who used Highlands Ranch Glass for front doors and all were very pleased. Highly recommend!

Mari Lu and Joel were phenomenal to work with. When I first called for a rough estimate Mari Lu had no problems providing a ballpark figure. They arent like other companies that immediately begin working on the upsell trying to sell you on what you dont want or need. They know how fierce the competition is so they have built their FAMILY business on honesty and integrity. Their pricing is more competitive that some of the other companies in the area (I received 4 quotes and there was only 1 other company that was within $100 - 2 others were $500-$600 higher). After I took my drawings into their shop Mari Lu provided an estimate that was only off by $50 of the actual cost! The measure and install went smooth.Joel and Richard inspect every piece of glass from their supplier in the shop before scheduling the installation to minimize surprises in the field. From measure to final install I was kept informed throughout the entire process.I highly recommend Highlands Ranch Glass for your mirror, shower enclosure or replacement glass needs.

I have to tell you these people are wonderful. So good in fact I am now writing this review almost 2 years later. I could not get my YELP account to ever work and have felt guilty that this review had not been done yet. Thats how good they are. It has weighed on me to let people know how much I appreciated Gary and Dawn. Gary followed through with a minor repair (not of his making) Came to my home on Cheesman Park. Saw what needed to be done, figured out the simple part I needed and Dawn was so kind as to bring the part to me at my work so I didnt have to travel south. This is a great team. I had the actual glass shower doors put in about 7 years ago and I am constantly happy with them and the work done to put them in my bathroom. Thank you Gary for the great work and Thank you Dawn for being so generous with you time in delivering the door part I decided to add to the shower.

I had a sliding glass door which the glass came loose from the frame. I thought I would have to replace the whole door and most glass companies suggested this without even looking at the door. This company understood exactly my issue and said oh yeah, that is fixable. They ordered me new roller for the sliding glass door and reset the glass for a fraction of the cost to replace the whole door. Hats off to you! Excellent service and the door is working great!

I wished I could give Highlands Ranch Glass more than 5 stars. From the first contact they were so professional. Joel and Richard came to the house and measured the window and talked to me the whole time telling me what they were doing and how they would replaced the window. I had several glass companies in my house to measure the window but HR Glass treated me with the most respect and acted as though I was important to them. The glass came in and it was installed perfectly and I love the fact that the glass has a warranty and so does the install. HR glass is now my go to for any glass needs. Thank you!

I used this company in the past to replace a broken window, and was quite satisfied with them, so I called them for another broken window a few weeks ago. I left a message, and didnt get a call back. Called a second time and scheduled a week out for their earliest estimate appointment. They came out, measured, and said Id have an estimate soon. Almost a week later still no estimate. I called and left a message and didnt hear back yet again. In the meantime, I called Banner Glass - they answered the phone, gave me a phone estimate, and came out same day to measure and order. I eventually received my estimate from Highlands Ranch Glass, and it was almost twice as much as Banner. Im so glad their slow communication saved me almost $200. I think they need a new office person, because the glass installer/estimator seemed really nice, but the person answering the phone did not seem to care too much about potential customers. They were much more efficient when I used them last year.

Good experience! They set an appointment and showed up on time. They ordered a replacement window, replaced a screen, and came back later to install the window. They showed up on time the second time as well. The technician was respectful and wore booties in my home, which rates high with me because Im a neat-freak. The only (mild) complaint from me would be that because they are so busy there was a short delay before they could come out and measure. I definitely recommend Highlands Ranch Glass Co.

Kevin was awesome. Had a shattered sliding door. He not only replaced it very quickly but also went the extra mile to fix the wheels on the door and the lock and tighten the handle and everything else. Very kind and professional as well. Ill be calling this company any time I need new glass.

Theyre always fair when it comes to pricing as well. Its definately not worth trying to get a cheaper company to come in to do a job.
