I like it here. Cora really helps me. I was not really wanting to come here because I’m not one to like to talk about my feelings. It’s just Awkward to me for some reason. But Cora has really made a difference in my day to day life. I don’t really show it but the amount of help she has provided just by talking to me has helped me more than she will ever know. Thank you.
I have been trying to get my son something consistent with the same ONE therapist, and I would make his appointments in person and these people would cancel his appointments and not even call to tell me, and then with in 3 weeks they scheduled him with 3 different therapists as the one he started working with supposedly took a job some where else so he wont be available to see my son, But guess what the guy still works there to this day. However my son has been seeing a new therapist named Emily and she is wonderful!
The best customer service I have had in a long time. CJ was awesome. He informed me while waiting on hold that it would still be a brief few moments, I really appreciate being treated the way that I was. Thankyou
Intake appointment at other Littleton office was awful. The man who did intake was inconsiderate, not warming, and lacked any ounce of empathy. Our therapist here was great at first, but it very quickly became strictly business and she said we could no longer be a part of the practice because we didnt come to therapy twice a week. Working with people with mental illness is not something to be taken lightly. I am the only one working in my household and need to be there for all of my spouses appointments. The unwillingness to work with everyones life situations is not only frustrating, but irresponsible as a therapist. For some patients, this is their lives on the line. But that doesnt seem to matter here unless youre coming in twice a week no matter how much it may hurt your home life.
Dr Mefford, Molly and Vincent are good. Other than that I dont have anything good to say about this place. Second time in a row they havent renewed my daughters meds on time! The pharmacy and myself called several times to no avail. We were there on Wednesday to see the doctor and it should have been called in then. The pharmacy and myself have been trying since Wednesday to contact them. I called several times and sat on hold forever finally leaving a message with no return call. Now its Friday and they closed at 3pm. A business like this knows what a patient not getting their meds for a few days can do to them so you would think they would be on top of it. The two at the front desk, a young man and an older lady with red hair have the absolute worst customer service. I literally had to clear my throat to get the old lady to get off her personal phone and attend to me. The young man said I owed money to which I explained that our deductible and out of pocket had been met and we havent owed anything since we started coming here months ago. He gave me the number to billing and told me to talk to them about it but if I didnt have money the next time we came in my daughter wont be seen. Really, can I get a chance talk to billing before you threaten me?? I thought an employee of a mental health facility would have more compassion and understanding but that is clearly not the case at this office. You need smiling happy people at your front desk not people that seem to need the same care as the people going there. Very disappointed!Update, its Saturday (they are open) but I still cant get a return call. I called the crisis line and their solution was for me to take her to the ER. Thats your solution, spend $125 of my hard earned money because your company cant get it together??????? I will be taking this much further than an review!!!!
