I needed replacement mower spindles and they quickly found me some replacements. The price was very reasonable.

This is the best place to get mowers and weed walkers and chainsaws serviced there is a guy named mike one of the best technicians I have ever met and Lisa the woman at the Counter is friendly and has a good since of humor.and if you need anything to rent come here .

Great experience at P and S. Recently purchased a Stihl chainsaw here. I straight out admitted I had no experience with chainsaws, and it was a great move because they went over the top to get me started, completely go over the equipment with me, and most importantly, refused to let me leave without the appropriate safety gear. Will be going back for more equipment.

This place is horrible. Took a week to get a call back. Ordered parts and was told they would arrive on a certain date. My card was charged. Now no one has any clue as to the where-a bouts of the parts. No one capable of answering a question during normal business hours. Cant even muster enough good will to give them one star, but I have to to get the post link to activate.

Been a customer for 15 years. Always great service at fair prices. Have purchased lots of mowers and chainsaws from them and smaller items too. When larger equipment needs service they will pick up and deliver. John

Been here many times over the years to either rent equipment or recently rent a Uhaul truck. Always found everyone, especially Don, to be very helpful. Highly recommend them.

Im sure its an okay place. But be sure to drive 5 MPH in the parking lot, trucks move in and out of this facility. There are no posted signs warning of (Trucks Entering) or Speed limit signs. As I was driving the state regulated 10Mph - I was notified by owner who came flying dangerously down the on coming traffic lane at the entrance - yelling for me to slow down. Not as safe as just posting a sign. But duly noted.

Not good at all you call them they will not call you back when you go in very rude if they dont sell what you need fixed they blow you off. Theres a guy mike in there he should really retire.

I bought a Stihl MS 261 from P&S. I was not knowledgeable about saws and needed to be educated. They did not teach me about M-Tronic aka computer control system. It is the latest feature that every chainsaw buyer should be aware of before choosing a saw.Not sure why they did not stock the M-Tronic Version MS 261C or I would have bought that instead. Feel like I bought an older out of date saw. If they do not like the computer control models they should have at least let me know why.They were not that helpful answering question, showing me features or educating me. They could have provided more detailed answers to my questions comparing Stihl & Husqvarna.The sales guy was there but maybe to lazy to help me out so I think they had a technician help me instead.

Bought a new Stihl chainsaw, and P&S had everything I needed. Lots of choices for Stihl, Husqavarna, or Echo; including yard tools to lawn tractors. Service at the counter was awesome, friendly and helpful in making the proper equipment selection based on my needs as well as tips on accessories I needed and a quick walkthrough of the Stihl features. Appreciated the support and will definitely return for service future purchases!
