Was proactive and doubled checked with employee about my need to make sure the weed eater had enough cord and fuel. He gave me fuel can and said it had enough cord. As soon as I got home and started it up the last bit came out before even doing any work. Drove all the way back and when I told them I wouldnt be able to return within 4 hours I chose to just void transaction and find another somewhere else and start rental over. 🐂 From start to finish.

Now first off this is for the tool rental dept. Who greets customers with what going on boss? First off if i were your boss youd be fired instead of trying to run the computer much less the rental dept for your POOR customer service skills. Ridgid and The Home Depot should be ashamed of the poor service this store didnt provide.. INCOMPETENCE!!!!!!
