My wife and I have used The MacSpa for a number of years (my wife was taught to make amazing movies of weddings, trips etc. through them). Always high quality almost immediate help. I cant endorse them more enthusiastically.

Excellent, Steve was a great help in steering me to the mac mini. I was in the process of looking for a replacement for my iMac and his experience and knowledge made the decision an easy one. I love the mini and the ease of transferring my imac totally to the mini. I was very impressed and highly recommend them.

I am thrilled to have found the MacSpa. I received an almost immediate response from the owner who accurately diagnosed my issue via the phone. Her tech, Steve is fantastic and quickly fixed the problem and my computer is running better than when I first purchased it. The turn around time was quick and the service affordable and super informative. Best of all, they have a DT Littleton drop-off location, mere minutes from my home. As a solo-preneur (with no tech team), the MacSpa is an answer to prayer!

Had an all around great experience with MacSpa. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the computer issues I was experiencing. They gave me a very fair price for repair (did not charge for time my computer was running programs on its own), and got my computer back to me quicker and in better shape than before I started having issues. I definitely highly recommend this business for your Mac needs.

The MacSpa was great! After struggling with outh mac repair shops in the area, I was so happy to find the MacSpa. The front desk lady was so kind and a delight to work with. She was super friendly and knowledgeable and gave me useful information about the process. Communication was great with Amy once I dropped my computer off. She had my computer up and and running really quickly and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them!

The MacSpa is my go-to for all things Apple (because who would want to go to the mall just to go to the Apple Store?), and I am am extremely satisfied with the range and quality of the service I receive. All of the staff are knowledgable, friendly, and helpful, adding value every time I have a question or a need. Most recently they saved me hundreds of dollars by doing a Cadillac Spa Treatment on my older MacBook Pro, preventing me from having to replace it. Owner Amy has created a business that offers everything an Apple user needs, and she and her staff cover all the bases to make it easy to keep my products running well.

The MacSpa is great. I have owned my MacBook Air for about 3 years and it started slowing down and giving me low storage space messages. I am a student and work independently with no IT department to turn to. The $150 I paid for their Express Spa treatment, which included a 30 minute follow-up consult was a great investment for a product I paid over $1000 for. Steve and his team are my new found IT Dept. Took in my 2013 Macbook Pro because the hard drive failed. They fixed it in 2 days for a fraction of the price it would have cost to buy a new one. And now my Macbook runs even better than when I first bought it, with a brand new hard drive and a few more years of life added to it! The MacSpa has been a great resource for me outside of the Apple store. I have taken several short courses on Apple apps from them, including a photo editing course using standard programs on my Apple devices. The instructors were knowledgeable and professional and gave very good feedback on my specific questions about the apps or tasks that I wanted to use. The MacSpa has also helped me rebuild/restore my MacBook Pro when my hard drive crashed. They were able to restore almost everything from my backup files and had me back in business in no time flat. I also had them do a restorative spa treatment on my MacBook when performance seemed to be lagging. That updated the OS and optimized the memory which resulted in much better performance indeed. And they cleaned and restored the computer case/keyboard so it was really like a brand new laptop. I have had my MacBook Pro for almost 10 years now and it’s still operating smoothly thanks to the services MacSpa has performed over the years. I would highly recommend them for anything Mac when you can or want to avoid the Apple Store.

I went to MacSpa recently for one of their First Thursday art openings. I was very impressed to see a local business so supportive of the Denver art scene, and the show was fun. I am also a Mac owner, and was equally impressed by the character and reputation of MacSpa as a computer shop. After meeting Amy, the owner, I am absolutely certain Ill be bringing my Mac here when it needs service.

My company runs all Apple equipment, and I needed immediate (same-day, urgent) service for my personal MacBook Pro that was stuck in a loop and would not boot up. I had tried everything possible short of booting from an external device and was losing hope. I had a lot of work to do and losing my computer for even a day would have been a disaster. I called MacSpa and they were able to get me in right away, within an hour or so, and they had solved my problem within another hour or two, and given my MBP a nice little spa treatment at the same time. Great prices, great service, great downtown location across from Union Station. I couldn’t recommend them any more highly!

I have used the MacSpa for repair on multiple Apple devices (iPhone 4, 4s and several MacBooks). I have always had courteous, prompt, and fair-priced service. They have done a great job repairing my devices and in my opinion have gone out of their way on several occasions to give me something extra for no cost. Even my parents go there for help (the MacSpa does training as well) and my parents are super picky about everything, especially customer service.

The MacSpa has always done a great job and treated me right. Love this small business doin big things.

I had an excellent experience at The MacSpa. Amy and Miguel are very friendly, knowledgable and provided great service. I had RAM added to 2 MacBook Pros, as well as an Express spa treatment for each. Service was quick and painless. They answered all my questions and I look forward to going back the next time my computer needs an upgrade or spa session.

My 5 year old Mac started to run a little slow and after trying some remedies on my own, I headed to The MacSpa to upgrade my RAM. They did the install in a few hours and ran a host of diagnostics (even threw in a few optimizations on the house). Before leaving my computer there for repair, they took the time to talk through and fully explain the issues and my options. My Macbook is now running at top speed again!

Terrible service. Emailed ahead of time to see if they could repair my Mac. Prompt response and good estimated cost. However, on two separate occasions, went to their shop at lunchtime midweek and found it closed. Received lame excuses both times. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Clearly, repair is not their target market.

Have nothing but good things to say about this company, they helped me deal with a big cloud issue in a very timely way, followed up well, and were very approachable and fairly priced.

Not very professional and my mac took a lot longer to get repaired than it was supposed to because of a mistake they made. Not a good place to take your mac if it needs repaired because they are really just into improving good working mac. They give lame excuses, twice I tried to stop by and they were closed, one time my mac was not even at the shop. I will never go back!!!!!

Technical staff is quite rude and condescending.
