Got a shirt fitted and pants hemmed. One week turnover during the wedding season, reasonable prices, and good quality work. I was very satisfied.--Since last writing, Ive had a suit jacket and a couple of blazers fitted. Again, quick turnover and very reasonable prices. The work has held up so far and seems to be fairly well done.

My last review was deleted. And that makes me even more upset. The man who owns this shop has horrible service. I took my shoes to by dyed and he only completed the straps and heel, he missed 1/3 of the dyeable part of the shoe. When I came to pick them up, he claimed that he told me that he was only going to complete this much of the shoe. That was not true. I would have never left my shoes if I was expecting an incomplete job. These were my wedding shoes! He refused to complete the job unless I paid him more money (the initial job was $28 and he wanted $15 more to complete his poor work). He just kept shaking his head and yelling at me I told you I was going to do this. I never review things, but this was just appalling.

Went in to repair buckle on dance shoes. Woman could hardly understand what I was requesting, and then just ignored my questions. This should have been a simple fix. But she definitely didnt understand shoes. I left without any answers, and will never give them my business. Rude, and disrespectful.
