Irma and Erika did awesome cleaning and are so respectful and friendly. I have had them twice and a few others the other times and they are all amazing. The owner is also kind and helpful and very good at her job. She is very attentive to detail and will make sure your cleaners are there on time and do 110%! Highly recommend faith cleaning!!

Oh my goodness! The crew from Faith cleaning made my home look brand new. I called Emma in a panic. I needed crew to come in 2 days. No problem. It was a huge job. No problem. I am going to use their weekly service going forward 😍

Emma and her team worked a post-move miracle cleaning a very large home just after all our possessions were packed and moved out subsequent to the sale of our home, just prior to new homeowners taking possession. The home had 20 years of accumulated hidden dirt (under and behind heavy or immovable furniture) plus the inevitable mess and carpet crush, surface dirt, etc., created in the moving out process. The team was friendly, personable, professional, thorough, and anxious to please. We thought it would be impossible to get the home adequately clean for the new homeowners, but Faith proved us wrong. An amazing job. Strongly recommended!

Was almost three hours late the first time they were supposed to clean. Did a great job the first time, however, I was home. The second time they left footprint all across the house. Crumbs around the kitchen, I even found a whole piece of a cranberry next to a rug they moved, and I know they moved it because the tag was sticking out of the rug (plus two other rugs around the house). Lastly, they did not even touch the basement where there is another bedroom and bathroom. When I reached out to my contact, she was apologetic. Once I sent her photos of what I was referring to, she went radio silent. Had no problem cashing my check, though!

Worst experience yet. Wouldn’t consider them for quality work anymore. $175 down the drain. They failed to clean a 925 sq ft two bedroom house in 4 hours with no furniture. Couldn’t sweep out the closets either.

I have use them three times and they did a great job!

Arrived late. Charged me for 3 hours and there is NO WAY they were there 3 hours. I asked for a move out clean and had to personally go back and finish the interior and top of fridge, kitchen back splash by the stove, inside of the oven doesnt look like it was even touched (I ran 2 self cleaning cycles so it shouldve been pretty easy to clean). Smells like they used dirty rags. Dont pay with a Credit Card! They keep hard copies of your information and then CHARGE YOU AGAIN weeks later!

Thieves. If you have them come to your house make sure you have video surveillance of your entire house to prove when your stuff is stolen.
