The management company screams at you for asking them to do their job
Zero stars is not an option. Worst property management company I have had to deal with.
Caron Realty & Diane Miller have been our management company for about 10 years now and we cant be happier. We own 3 units in the community and she has done an amazing job. She handles situations with professionalism and is always courtesy. I have been on boards before and the job a community manager has is one of if not the hardest and most thankless jobs out there.To see some of these reviews is appalling. It is obvious that the people who have posted these negative reviews have no doubt received violation notices or been in some type of trouble with their HOAs. What everyone needs to remember is that Diane and Caron Realty are following the Governing Documents that all of us have agreed to follow when we bought our properties. If you do something wrong, you will suffer the consequences. They have to follow the laws and of course everyone blames them, but when in essence it is the people who break the rules who are at fault.Community managers are treated poorly, they get called names, threatened and yet they are still expected to do their jobs with a smile on their face. I dont know how they do it, but Diane does it every day.Ive recommended her to several other communities and they are beyond pleased. Shes been around for over 40 years, so that in itself says it all.
Ive had the pleasure of working with Miss Diane of Caron Realty since 2015; as a landlord owner of a property that Caron Realty, Inc manages. Every interaction Ive had with her has always been a fantastic one.I specifically remember an issue where we had a red substance on a patio that I thought had been addressed several times but between the tenant and my property management company it took such a long time to get address. Miss Diane was always pleasant to deal with as we all worked together to make sure it was addressed.Miss Diane is always very helpful, easy to get a hold of, and from my experience just an all around awesome person to work with. The icing on the cake... the HOA dues for the community have stayed relatively the same since Ive had the unit which is the sign of a great company.
Caron Realty has been great management for our community. Diane’s attention to detail to everything going on is refreshing to see from a property management company. She is determined and such a strong individual. She’s handled any problem that has arisen and does a great job. They solve issues quickly and efficiently. I always feel heard once I speek with Diane about things happening at my complex which is rare considering most people hate hearing complaints about issues going on but she was happy to help. She resolved my concerns in a timely manner as well and cared for my family. She is the best!! This company is outstanding and I highly recommend it.
Such a great management company! Diane is professional and helpful, and always prompt in replying to inquiries or maintenance requests. She and Caron Realty have done an outstanding job managing the community that I lived in for over two years. Really great experience having her manage our HOA! Thanks Diane!
Ive been a RE broker and property manager in Denver for over 20 years. Ive never met anyone like Diane Miller. Before you hire her, my advise is to visit a community that she manages and ask the owners or tenants what they think of her. I bet youll be shocked by the stories that you here. If you choose Caron Realty, I wish you good luck. Youll need it!

First and foremost Caron Realty is a small community called a family- Diane and crew. They care, support and are absolutely the best management company ever. I disagree with all the negative comments and complaints about this company. I feel its individuals that have had inner child temper tantrums and refuse to listen and think they are super entitled to go against a community/ family. Entitlement gets you nowhere. Just like the old saying, “If you have something mean to say do not say it at all”.Diane Miller pays attention to everything, everyone and sets an action plan. Diane is extremely knowledgeable and teaches you that knowledge for your own personal understanding, growth and gain. This is a huge key. Diane follows mandatory rules, regulations, policies and procedures according to the laws. If there is a problem they know how to handle it. Diane and her employees work over and beyond the call of duty. They care about each individual as if they are family. They work through hard issues and try to solve them quickly as possible within a time frame depending upon vendor’s schedules.I can truly say they get things done. They are not hot air nor fake. They do what they say!!They organize miscommunicated communities and set them on top again. Diane is a miracle worker when she organizes a miscommunicated and misled community. Diane and her crew work extremely hard to get communities that have been mismanaged back on top and that takes hard work. They strive to achieve the community goals and as well each individual goals within that community. They truly LISTEN! They hear and they correctively take action when necessary. Caron Realty is extremely organized and they complete their continuing education classes to help their communities. These classes are done on their own personal time. This company goes above and beyond. I consider Diane and her crew my family since 2009 and will always support each Caron employee.Business comes first with this crew and they dont mess around. Their personal pride, but never personal drama. That is a true management company. I believe in Diane, and Caron Realty.For those that are having the inner child immature tantrums or negative entitlement struggles remember this…if it was not for Caron your community board would not be organized, you would not have set goals and most likely thing would not get things done. Your community would be corrupted. Ask yourself this, do you want to live in a community that does not care about your rights as a person or one that does not care about your safety.I thank Diane every day.For those that have lost Diane and crew’s unbelievable out of this world services good luck to you as your next management company will not do anything for you.If I could, I would give them 100 stars.Diane is the “Best of the Best” the traditional and true last standing, standing tall management company.PS for those that think this is funny, your negative immaturity speaks for itself. Kristy,Caron Management and Realty nor Green Oaks Board of Directors discriminate or plays favoritism to anyone. Diane with Caron Management and Realty has gone up and above with the financials, violations, getting us the best pricing with vendors and maintaining the integrity of this property that the prior management company failed to do for years.Caron Management and Realty enforces the Rules and Regulations that have been in place for many years and updated accordingly per the CCIOA law.You should of reviewed the rules and regulations prior to signing a lease with the homeowner. If you would of read them you would of known about bikes / trikes etc are not allow to be ridden within the community due to maintenance, damage and the integrity of the property. That all the homeowner’s pay for in their monthly dues. While you were outside with your family when this was brought to your attention. There are numerous homeowners that have their family members playing outside year round.Talking with the owner of this unit you did sign and accept the Rules and Regulations. Also another copy was taped to the front door. Whether you chose to read them or not; is your responsibility. Ruben denied received the Rules and Regulations.Please make sure that you read all pertinent information prior to posting negative reviews.If you are that unhappy talk to the homeowner regarding your lease.
As the owner of Caron Realty, Inc. & Management, I reviewed the comments within the last three days. We have not spoken with any of these people and because we have no idea what they have contacted us about, there is no way for us to rebut these claims. Because Google does not allow businesses to reply to false complaints as does the BBB, this is an unfair means of business reviews. If you review our rating with the Denver BBB you will see that we have an A+ rating and have been members since 1977 with no negative reviews. Please consider that when reading this false accusations.
Caron Realty has been the manager of the HOA for the community I live in for the past 15 years if not longer. I also serve on the board for the community. Diane and her team have always been professional and courteous. Diane has a no nonsense attitude toward covenant violations and fines. It has been my experience that having this kind of attitude is necessary for upholding the standards of any community. Any management company may be put in the unenviable position of reporting violations and, consequently, fines for the very home owners who serve on the HOA board. It truly baffles me why, of all people, the HOA board members would not live up to the standards of the known covenants, and then expect to be exempt from the violations and fines, then in turn, be angry and upset with the management company for pointing out their shortcomings.Dianes documentation and input has been invaluable thru the years. Not always is an experienced board elected to an HOA and Diane has been VERY helpful in guiding what can sometimes be a not so experienced board thru many processes.Thank you to Diane and the team at Caron for a job well done all of these years.
0 stars! Get out and get away from these greedy and inconsiderate people who work here. No one accepts responsibility for their mistakes. Do not do business with this company, the owner seems unaware of day to day operations. When a mistake whithin Caron Realty leads to a dispute- the owner of this company points fingers at other people. Dishonest and disfunctional that is what i would call this company. This company is horrible. If your property is managed by this company get out if you can. If you are looking for a rental property in Littleton, Caron Realty is NOT where you want to be. They dont care about their residents or their quality of living. If you are a not a wealthy person, you dont belong in one of Caron Realtys properties because they dont care about your situation. If you are a renter you dont belong on one of these properties because the property managers dont communicate with renters If you have small children who like to play outside, do your kids a favor and DONT live in a property managed by Caron Realty. Members on the board of directors have big prejudices against small children. This is my experience from living on a property managed by this company for 2 months. I dont mind sharing the details of the many incidents to prove my points, but this is already a long review! Maybe i will write another review! I would give negative stars here if I could. Run, do not walk, away from Diane Miller and Caron Management. If you are looking for a management company for your property, Caron Management will certainly decrease the value of your property. I had the grave misfortune of owning a property that Caron Management handles (this is mind-boggling that the HOA still uses this company) and had nothing but trouble from Caron Management from the moment I purchased the property to the moment I sold it. I am an experienced landlord and property manager myself, have dealt with many, many HOAs and property management companies and have never seen anything this bad. The most glaring example was a broken pipe in the parking lot outside my unit. Diane insisted that this was NOT in the common area, and in MY unit, and refused to admit that I had used the proper plumber, acted according to the HOA guidelines. When her mistake was uncovered, she attempted to make this my fault somehow, further delaying payment. This incredible incompetence cause several thousand dollars of damage to my unit. She refused to perform even the most rudimentary evaluations, insisting all the time that the broken pipe was within my unit. Finally, after several weeks, I was forced to take her and the HOA to small claims court, where I easily won the several thousand dollars it took to repair my unit. Diane is unprofessional, incompetent, a liar, and I have the documents to prove all of this. Stay away from this company at all costs. (Caron will likely attempt to claim this review is false. Absolutely awful company. Extremely unhelpful. Extremely rude. Do yourself a favor and find a different place to live. Never give this company your money. Mice, roaches, and crime aside, management is by far the worst part of living here.
