Western Building is one if the finest companies Ive ever worked with! Integrity is a character trait of Chuck & Jason - not a business slogan. Their employees (not subcontractors) have been with them for years if not decades. The professional licensed subcontractors they hire are the best in their respective trades. While there might be contractors that are slightly quicker, a couple extra weeks on a months long project will soon be forgotten after years of appreciating a job well done!
My wife and I engaged Western Builders for a kitchen remodel a few months ago. The whole dream kitchen process from design to completed re-model... exceeded our expectations and went very smoothly. We really appreciated the guidance and tips from Chuck as we worked through picking out cabinets, counter tops etc..for our new kitchen. Really about as stress free as you can get with a project like this. And that only comes from years of experience. So glad we selected Western Builders. High quality, excellent craftsmanship and professionalism throughout! Great people to work with. Thanks Chuck, Jason and Bill! Highly recommend Western Builders.
I have been a part of several projects that Western Building has been engaged with and every time I am blown away with their professionalism and customer care. When they say from design to build, they mean everything in between, meaning less headaches for homeowners and more satisfaction at the end of the job. I am perplexed by the rude and unprofessional comment on here, makes me wonder if that gentleman even worked with Western or not... 10/10 times do I recommend Western to friends and family.
Ive used Western Building for three projects and wouldnt hesitate to use them again. Great people, with an artistic sense, good follow through and as honest as they come. No surprises.
We hired WBC to add a bedroom to our basement, and to add a mud room onto the back of our home. Not only was Chuck very straight-forward when it came to the design process -- he was incredibly transparent about what was realistic within our budget -- but he had some valuable insight about which things would actually improve the functionality of our home. I had originally wanted to hire WBC to redo our master bathroom, but after several frank discussions with Chuck: we changed course, and Im grateful for Chucks experience, insight, and candor. We had a previous encounter with Chuck at our old home: we hired him to pitch his own design for an addition to that home after we spent thousands working with a high-end architect, and not only did Chuck deliver a design in a fraction of the time when compared to the professional architect, but his design actually took our needs into consideration. The actual build process was managed by Jason, who was never difficult to find, and he was incredibly easy to talk to. A very down-to earth quality was ever-present with everyone from WBC; nobody ever treated us or our job like it was beneath them, which is unfortunately an experience we seem to have with more contractors than not.Work was performed mostly by José, who was extremely prompt, considerate, courteous, thoughtful, and clean; he cleaned-up his work site at the end of every single day, which is more than I can say for the electricians. One of my favorite things about José was that he never just forged-ahead blindly; if something didnt seem right: he was quick to talk to me and Jason about it before he proceeded.I cant say enough good things about WBC, honestly; they really raised the bar for what we expect from people who work on/in our home. I look forward to working with them again in the future ... and I hope they call me back now that were ready to do some bathroom renovations.
Rude and unprofessional. I suggest going with another company.
