I cannot say enough good things about Wedgewood Ken Caryl! They were amazing to work with and made our day magical. We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID and they made everything so easy. With them being all inclusive, it also was amazing as they contact everyone for you. Audrey was our coordinator and is one of the most amazing humans. She made planning easy and truly understood our vision. Being a gay interracial couple, we always have the worry of judgement but Ken Caryl made us feel so comfortable and didnt even think twice of 2 men getting married. The views of the foot hills and just the venue as a whole is gorgeous. We got so many compliments at our wedding and after on how beautiful our venue was, how great the food was, and how awesome that staff was. They can pretty much accommodate all your wishes and we could have not asked for a better day. Thank you Ken Caryl for truly the best day of our lives and helping us create memories that will last forever.

If you are looking for a low stress wedding, I highly recommend Wedgewood Ken Caryl. Everything went so smooth and the venue is beautiful. The planning process is so easy with them as well. If we were to do it over again we would chose them in a heartbeat. The distance from the airport is another plus as well, since most of our guest were out of state.

We just had our wedding at Ken Caryl Vista two weeks ago and everyone is still talking about it! Wedgewood is too humble when it comes to selling their service. My husband and I had high expectations for our wedding. We saved and invested a lot of money to ensure everything aligned with the vision we had. The staff at Wedgewood took our vision and made it a reality. They exceeded our expectations in every way and were more than happy to connect with me at any time.Additionally, the vendors they suggest are wonderful. We used all of their recommended vendors from photography to DJ to Hair and Makeup. I had 0 issues the day of my wedding outside of some rain, which I am blessed to say. Zoe was our DJ and she took our music list to a whole other level. I think this was one of the best parts of our wedding. Also the food was incredible. Even better than the tasting we did.Dont snooze on this. The venue and staff do not disappoint.

We just finished up our wedding at Ken Caryl Vista and have nothing but great things to say! We postponed from last year and they made that whole process a breeze! All of the coordinators listened to us and what we wanted and made sure our dream wedding came to life!! They are so quick to respond, upfront about costs, have the best ideas, and truly listen to what you want your wedding to be. Also you can use as many/as little of their vendors as you want. We ended up using mostly their vendors and they were all amazing! Lisa was our day of coordinator and was more than we could’ve asked for. Called us an hour before we headed over to talk about weather, gave us multiple options for a plan B, and listened to us to make sure our priorities were going to be met. She made sure our day was perfect, which it was so much more than the perfect we had imagined! Not to mention, the venue with its new upgrades is beautiful!!! If we had to do it over again, we would 100% book this venue a million times over!

Our winter wedding in January was stress-free and beautiful! Nothing went wrong and they go out of their way to make it amazing.I wouldnt of changed a thing.Highly recommend having a wedding at this venue.

Beautiful setting and the staff was great! The food was well presented, fresh and tasty. But the sewer gas smell near the ladies restroom was awful! The food servers had to close the door to the bathrooms to avoid issues with the serving line!

Had a very large event here that you can see in the photos, they provided a very good meal and it was about 40 minutes late. Which pushed the event back a while so that people could finish eating.My one complaint about this facility is that it is designed to have large events and weddings, but they have no installed sound system for speaking. This seems like a no-brainer to have because the venue is so large. So if you use the space you need to hire a DJ to come out with some speakers and place them around the room so people can hear the people talking.

Our wedding was absolutely perfect! Exactly what we wanted and far exceeded our expectations! The price is absolutely unbeatable and the staff is super friendly and made sure everything was perfect for us! You will not find another place that makes it so easy to plan your wedding. Ken Caryl Vista was the BEST and they were truly able to make my wedding dreams into a reality! Morgan was a blessing towards our wedding planning process! I could not have imagined trying to pull of my wedding without her! Especially with trying to pull off a COVID wedding, this venue was extremely flexible and helpful, and at the end of the day, my wedding was perfection and it was all thanks to Morgan and the rest of the Ken Caryl Vista staff!

I could literally go on and on about Wedgewood Ken Caryl and their staff! They made the wedding planning process so easy and stress-free! We were on a budget and WW was upfront with all of their costs, which I LOVED! We never felt pressured and the entire planning process was on our terms and budget. At our first visit, Courtney and Emily (now at WW Brittney Hill) took the time to create 3 different budget proposals to show us costs of everything up front. It was GREAT and we booked that day!The entire planning process with WW was AMAZING! We got to work with Courtney and she was so accommodating, gracious, understanding and provided us with EXCELLENT customer service. She was incredible to work with, answered all of our questions, and was very timely with responding to emails. She made the entire planning process so easy! LOVED HER!The venue itself is perfect. There are huge banquet rooms, outdoor options, and indoor ceremony options. There is a beautiful Terrace that looks out west towards the mountains and there are beautiful rolling green hills in the distance. Right below the terrace is a bright green golf course, perfect for taking pictures.Their food was incredible! There is a kitchen on site and they do all their cooking on site. So many people at our wedding went back for seconds and were telling us it was some of the best food they have ever had at a wedding! We also had a hosted California bar which covered beer and wine for our guests.Our wedding was perfect and everything went off without a hitch! Courtney and her staff set up the event and kept us on a schedule that day. Once Courtney left for the evening, the banquet captain Ulysses (sp?) took over and he was a gem. He took care of us; made sure we had a drink in hand all night and even gave us a bottle of champagne at the end of the end of the night.We couldn’t have made a better choice than to get married at WW! Thank you for everything!!! You’re the best!

Really friendly staff members, good and dedicated team to make wedding successful. They had good deal when we booked the venue making us save thousand and more on our total wedding expenses.

Great wedding venue.

We had our wedding here at wedgewood in the beginning of the month and we are still getting over the high of the whole day! Planning a wedding in a pandemic was far from easy, but the staff at wedgewood was very accommodating. There were a few hiccups in communication, but was easily resolved. We could not taste the food due to the pandemic which was concerning, but amazingly enough the food was delicious!Morgan started the process, was amazing through and through. Lisa was our day of coordinator, and she really made our day so smooth. I can’t say the same for the evening team, but the manager was able to be superwoman and made our experience whole.They made me feel like this day was just as important to them as it was for us. The price was very affordable for the wedding we had, so overall I would recommend them!

Wedgewood Weddings and their vendors are absolutely amazing! Morgan worked with us and did such and amazing job making sure our wedding was everything we wanted! It rained on our wedding day and Morgan knew I wanted it outside, we postponed about 30 minutes and Morgan made sure we had our beautiful outdoor wedding!! Our photobooth through Wedgewood was amazing and we loved our DJ, Tyler Howard. He was so nice and helpful, kept us on time for everything and made sure the night was so much fun! Both our ceremony and reception were through Wedgewood Ken Caryl and we couldn’t be more pleased or thankful! You can’t go wrong if you choose this venue!

The best parts of my February wedding were the parts that Wedgewood had nothing to do with. They were misleading and sneaky from the moment I signed my contract and failed to deliver on most of their promises. My sweetheart table was missing chairs, the table itself collapsed while we were eating, the outdoor area was covered in cigarette butts and goose poop, and I heard from many of my guests that they were treated very poorly by the staff. The staff messed up my centerpieces as well as the ceremony decor, despite the painstakingly organized system I provided for them to follow. Not once during the planning process did I feel like anyone at Wedgewood really cared about my wedding day. I am baffled by the number of positive reviews this venue has. If I could do it all over again, I would have chosen my own front yard over Wedgewood.

Loved the wedding venue & package options. Everyone was very great to work with and made getting married easy. The only reason for the 4 star review is because of our wedding pictures. We were able to do first look photos at red rocks with only a couple shots and that turned out to be the only photos we got as husband & wife. Pretty disappointed that he didnt get a single shot of us at our own wedding venue. We shouldnt have to worry about getting photos on our big day, but we regretted not asking for those at our venue.

Very beautiful place to have a wedding. My son got married there 2 weeks ago. They go out of there way to accommodate for many reasons, it just happened to snow that morning, so we had the ceremony inside. The snow was absolutely stunning for our pictures. Thank you!

We got married here last night and all I can say is WOW! The side we were on was perfect for a smaller wedding. The entire process was so easy! All of the ladies that work with you are absolutely fantastic. We worked closely with Teska and she is so sweet, dedicated to her job, and answered my many questions I had daily. If you choose to go with this venue, almost everything is included with them so you barely have to reach out to outside vendors. I did not stress one bit over the planning process because they helped with EVERYTHING. We are so happy we went with this venue for our wedding. Everything went so smoothly on the day of, and the venue was set up and ready when we got there. Our banquet captain, Jake was also great and very helpful at the end of the night! We told them our vision, and they set everything up! The venue was gorgeous with lots of photo opportunities! The food was so great! My family is still talking about how great it was! I loved every minute of my wedding! Also, Ulysses was amazing! The night of the wedding he took care of both me and my husband! This place was just great!

My husband and I got married at Wedgewood Ken Caryl June 1st, 2018 and couldnt have been more pleased. Everyone we worked with was absolutely wonderful, helpful and responsive to everything we needed. Madeline and Courtney were both so friendly and accommodating. The food was very good. The vendors we worked with including the florist, DJ, and bakery were awesome as well.The venue itself is gorgeous, and we were thrilled to have an outdoor ceremony and reception with a gorgeous view of the foothills. The setting was elegant and intimate which was exactly what we wanted for our smaller, destination wedding (they have room for larger receptions as well). The value is fantastic! Our guests raved about it, some saying it was one of the nicest weddings theyve ever attended. My husband and I highly, highly recommend this venue!

Every second of wedding planning has been exciting instead of stressful. Their team has been extremely accommodating for us as a military couple and an upcoming deployment. This was our second pick for a wedding venue it just was blown out of the water from their other location was all. That being said this was still an amazing location.

We used this venue for our wedding this past March. The staff were very friendly, and the venue itself is in a great location. The only downside is that it is a shared event center. We didnt have any issues with this for our wedding, but if you have outdoor activities, it may intrude on another event.

Love the staff and venue! Our date is set for 01/10/18 so the review will be updated then but so far I love everyone involved! Because its a January wedding we got a LOT of freebies and discounts and ended up saving over $2,000! Super happy with Madeline and Caroline! Id say Id definitely come back but I only plan on getting married once!

It includes most of your vendors and provides an event coordinator. My wedding went better than I could have ever imagined. They did such a great job and my guests had the time of their lives. Very nice little venue. The staff was very helpful by rearranging things and setting up inside when it started to rain right before the wedding began. The food was very nice for the reception. For a wedding cash bar, the drinks were nice but a little overpriced. Overall made for a great wedding venue.

Nice spot, easy wedding and reception, god was better than decent. Dunno how much our friends spent, but it was a good time.

Unfortunately the staff was short and rude as we asked questions about the space for a non-wedding event. Customer service starts from the beginning of the experience and they missed the mark. Perhaps they are more kind to future brides but they cut our visit short and hurried us out the door.

The venue is not worth the price. Not only do they require you spend an exorbitant amount of money, they also had trouble coordinating. Lots of miscommunication on their part and no compensation for their mistakes.

My Wife and I had gotten married September 22 here, and I have nothing negative to say. Honestly Id say it went better than expected. The ceremony was on time but with no pressure from the staff, and the reception was amazing. There vendors did everything, DJ played every song we asked and the food was outstanding. Dont even get me started on the cake... best damn cake Ive had.. all I gotta say is the best venue we found period. Would suggest to anyone looking to tie the knot.

We just got married in October 2015 and were really really pleased with how the staff handled the entire process. This wedding venue in Littleton has a cozy corner near the foothills and a golf course, offering great Colorado views without being too far away for guests to drive. Its an easy to find event venue, has quick access to the highway, and is near South Valley Park, where we took our wedding photos.Brittney was our event coordinator and truly did an amazing job at being helpful, resourceful, relational, and flexible with us and our groups needs. We chose this event/wedding venue for our wedding because of the way that Brittney treated us relationally and flexibly, with warmth and respect. From day one through the entire process, she and Doug were great to work with. We looked at nearly every event/wedding venue in the Denver-Metro area and this was truly the best value & experience for the money (which was reasonably priced).The afternoon/evening of the wedding went super smoothly, and all the waitstaff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. It was great to be able to relax, knowing they had everything handled. The food is fantastic -- fresh, home-made, and plentiful. Our approx. 200 guests had a wonderful time and were well looked after. Well be recommending this Littleton/Denver event/wedding venue to our friends in the years to come!

The owner is like a creepy sneaky spy. Just keep your eye on him. Besides that, the staff is fairly polite and professional. The food was alright however, there is an amazing view on the west side of building. The owner will intrude and is a stickler for rules. As stern as he is, he should replace the old tarnished, teeth marked silverware!

This venue was very affordable, especially because my wedding was in the off-season (November). It was so convenient to have the catering, ceremony, and reception all in one place! The food was great - we had the herbed chicken, roast sirloin, cheddar mashed potatoes, and grilled vegetable buffet for dinner with four passed appetizers. The cheddar mashed potatoes are delicious! My husband could not stop telling people about them!The venue itself is very nice. The space was the perfect size for 120 people. We had our ceremony in the Fireside Room and our reception in the Roxborough Room. In November, the trees were starting to brown, but the golf course was still very green! We took pictures outside in the afternoon before the sun went down and got some beautiful shots.Doug Meents was our contact at the Terrace Gardens, and he was great to work with! He went above and beyond for us from pre-wedding to day-of. The offices and venue are at different locations, and he met with us at either location depending on what was best for us. During rehearsal, he even stayed late to let us start decorating the venue. He has a lot of experience coordinating weddings. He had the attitude of putting our interests first, and he didnt try to sell us things we did not need.The time frame is pretty set, and the venue has a standard order of events and timeline they like to follow day-of, so there is little flexibility if you want to take pictures after the ceremony and have dinner served in time. There is an option to extend your time frame for an hour, which is best done day-of (just make sure you have a checkbook handy!).Day-of coordination could have gone more smoothly -- partially due to my lack of communication. The vegetarian entrees did not make it out -- guests didnt hear the announcement about getting their vegetarian plates from the buffet manager (but they also didnt know who he was). It would have been best to have it served to each table.
