Morrow was kind enough to offer more time if I needed. He gave me options to choose from. He asked me questions about my situation that I would want to think about. He gave multiple solutions. He praised me researching before contacting him. He had a great sense of humor which is always a nice touch when you are considering the possibility of suing or protecting yourself from a lawsuit. I didn’t feel rushed, and he and he let me know that I can contact him in the future for support. The reason this is a 4 and not a 5 because I did research myself and either confirmed what I already knew or he was unsure about the specific rules/guidelines surrounding my initial inquiry.
