Took my car in for a diagnostic $115. Which I happily agreed to since I couldn’t find the problem. Was told to do all the basics of cap, rotor, wires and spark plugs and an o2 sensor that wasn’t reading. $570. Said my cap and rotor were corroded. I declined. They look good to me and OHMed out fine. Just one little burn spot on the number one pin. Check the pictures. I did change the o2 sensor. Helped but still running rough. Thought I would get much better service from a AAA approved auto shop.

We had been taking our car to Jeno’s for quite awhile. We live close that it’s super convenient and had previously provided professional and trustworthy service. I don’t doubt that they service the cats well but because of the office staff we will NOT return to Jeno’s. My car was there at 8:45am for an oil change. I left it to go to work and called at least a dozen times to get a busy signal then a recording that the number was no longer in service, so I walked over 15 minutes to pick up my car around 4 only to find out they hadn’t worked on it yet. Fine I get it but the rudeness of the front desk gal was what has us not returning. She said “you know we are a major auto repair shop and do way more than oil changes.” So message heard - do not take you car here for oil changes as they have way more important repairs to do!

I asked Jeno’s to inspect my car and ensure it was in top shape before selling it to my daughter. I told them the dealer said there was a leaky gasket. Jeno’s said the car passed its 35 point inspection with flying colors and no worries about a leak. More surprisingly, there was no charge!! This was my first time at Jeno’s but won’t be my last! My daughter and husband will also be switching over to them for future maintenance. Highly recommend!!

Kris, Ashley, and the whole team were very professional, pleasant, communicative and helpful throughout the process. I also appreciated that they made the whole experience super easy, with a free loaner vehicle, after hours pickup option, and clear updates via phone, email and text. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back to them next time.

Amazing service! My car battery gave out on the day of our big move from CO to Florida, with 1800+ miles in front of us. Kris, the service advisor, really helped me out and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time so we could get on our way. He was friendly, professional, helpful and understanding. He called me to keep me informed of the progress. I cant express how grateful I am to Kris and Jenos for their service on that day!

Work appears to be done well thus far. A few minor issues I had was that grease was left on the hood, door, and above the door. Left over oil sitting on the panel by the latch. Like a small puddle. Also missing plastic button rivets that hold the plastic panel down. I ordered replacements for $12.00 online for a 250 pack. Just seems like they would have these to do the job right. Again it looks like the repair itself was done well.

Jenos has always been the go to for proper professional and honest work. They do their best to not promise a time of completion due to volume but they always seem to do it faster than expected. If you want honest work, come here and never stray away.

My windshield wipers quit working while I was driving on the highway during a severe rainstorm. Jeno’s team took my car in on short notice, performed tests, and determined the problem was the wiper motor. The repair was done in one day. The best part was the loaner car. I was able to run my errands while my car was in the shop. Very friendly, efficient service. I highly recommend Jeno’s Auto Service!

I have to say that Kris and Steve went out of there way to make my first time experience at this shop very comfortable and accommodating. I will not hesitate to take my vehicles back when I get into a jam like I was in this week! I will also recommend friends and family to this location. I have mixed feelings. I was told after the fact that they dont normally do alignments on lifted vehicles but they did it anyway since they had my car all day. I appreciate the work actually being done, instead of keeping my car all day and not doing anything. This means however that I wont be going back.They seem like a busy shop. 7:30am -5 pm for an alignment.I also have some warning lights on my dash, an added customer service (and up-sell) bonus would have been to call me and ask if I wanted diagnostics run while they had me. Instead I was told its probably because of the lift - which it wasnt, but I could see how they could think that.

This was my first experience with Jenos and Id go back for sure since they are so close to where I live! I gave 4 stars, because frankly, Ive had the same experience at many other shops. I take my car in for a specific issue and was given a list of recommended services that cost a lot of money. I get it, I own a Subaru which is known for expensive maintenance and repairs. And, I also get that the shop needs to make money, but I truly wish that auto shops would focus on the issue presented and not try to upsell by adding on recommended services.I appreciate the use of the loaner car even though the check engine light was on, which I did tell the nice man I paid when I dropped it back off.I do want to add that the issue was fixed with my car. I had a loud rattling sound, that I thought was the heat shield on the catalytic converter (which does need work), but as it turned out it was something on the front end and was a relatively inexpensive fix. The rattle is gone! And, they did fix my turn signal light which burned out. It was nice driving away without the rattle and a working signal!Thank you!

Took my 2016 Explorer to Larry Miller Ford they said I needed a steering rack at $2100. I had a horrible experience there and decided to take it for a second opinion. Saw great reviews of Jenos and took it. John looked at the vehicle and said it was the rocker arm bearings at $700. The noise is gone and drives great!! Thank you so much, very professional great place to take a vehicle!!!

Ive been a customer of Jenos for about 5 years now maybe even longer since Mitsubishi no longer has any dealerships or service shops within a 30 mile radius. My experiences with Jenos team have been great. I am very pleased that they are educated with the latest technologies when it comes to new/old cars and all their electrical components. My recent experience, I had a lot of needed service to my car. One of the issues was a part that would have costed me a lot of money due to shipping overseas, so Jenos technician Chis was able to locate a used in good condition replacement that helped save me about half the cost. Also, an issue came up with my brakes that they had replaced - wasnt set right, I took it back in and within 20 minutes they solved the problem and everything has been working great since. I really appreciate the Owner stepping up and taking good care of me!

Our sons vehicle overheated and broke down across the street from Jenos. I left it there overnight and spoke with them in the morning. They were able to diagnosis the problem the same day and had it up and running on day two. Pretty impressive considering how busy they were and me showing up without an appointment. Prices were fair and they provided an emailed estimate upon request. Dora the Explorers back on the road! Thanks guys!

Got my 3 belts changed, AC pulley replaced, brake fluid flushed, full diagnostic, and service into the sensors. Parts and service were good, labor was a little steep in my opinion, but so far my car runs smoothly and I would come back. They provided a loaner free of charge too, which is another bonus. Had the car back same day.

I realized people rarely type good reviews and I liked this shop and I also write for both Latin/Hispanics (Chilean) and young women. They were wonderful the first time. My Car was a hand-me-down but was from Miami. My mechanic friend who fixes exotic and race cars suggested to go try Jenos due to him being on vacation. Because Im a girl and having been taken advantage multiple time before I came in with a skeptical and wary attitude. I look 10 years younger than I should so its another burden to me (the world doesnt take little girls seriously) I came in and was greeted professionally. I like that the office is small and the shop is as well. I was taught that its a sign of quality work environment. I was amazed at how awesome my car ran after I got it back(did take almost 2 weeks but its worth the wait at least for me). They made it get its purr back haha. They also cleaned the engine bay which I found to be amazing. I expected to be charged wayyyyy more than I thought and was surprised that it was way lower that what I predicted. I thought I was being tricked but I had only 1 issue almost 8 months later and it was something I could fix. I recommend them but dont get mad if your care takes a week to get fixed they need time to really check and test you car and quality takes time.

Took my car in for some minor repairs and ended up with a $2,500 bill that included a $42 gas cap that I hadn’t asked for. The work on my car was very rushed and they even ended up breaking something after I spent $2,500. When I called, the service manager was rude and wanted to charge me an additional $200 plus dollars. I would have expected at least some honesty or integrity from them but instead I was taken advantage of and the worst part is they knew what they were doing was wrong but went ahead with it anyways.***I would highly recommend Eagle Automotive just up the street on Platte Canyon instead, the experience I had at Eagle Automotive was 1000% better and they actually charge very honest prices and do a much thorough job.

Terrible experience will never bring my vehicle to this place ever again full of crooked mechanics that don’t know what they’re doing. Gave me a diagnostic of my problem which I agreed to the amount of $1500. Got my car back problem wasn’t fix . Mechanic recommended I spend another 300 on rotors got my car back same problem. Had to take my car back a 3rd time and argued with the owner that the work being done did not fix my problem I was nearly turned away and forced to leave my car to be fixed after finally getting my car back I checked my fluids in which I was supposed to have a oil change from the shop and in less than 300 miles from the shop my oil stick only read less then half. Crooked shop lazy guys and shady people work in that facility ! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I recently had a hair raising experience with my 20+year old Quest when the cruise control cable broke causing the engine to race uncontrollably. Jenos quickly figured out the problem, and rendered the car driveable while they searched salvage yards for a discontinued and otherwise unavailable part. Two weeks later, they found one, and the car is in full cruise control again. Very pleased.

Had alignment done on my 05 Tacoma. Also was told that my brakes were metal on metal which surprised me because I take care of that kind of thing myself . I hadn’t heard any rotor scraping by the noise things on the pad. So I took off the wheels and the pads all had over 1/8” on them. . I’ve used your shop before and will probably use it again but I hate being lied to. Trust of a car repair shop has to be earned & its things like this that makes that trust factor real shakey. I took pictures of the pads in case you think I’m lying . I used your shop because I thought you sign on to a higher standard . You were recommended by drive radio . So I’ll be thinking very long and hard about what I’ll have your shop do in the future. Thanks, Leon Henkelman

Very nice people. Completely took care of me and my car. Ive been to other auto shops that take advantage and charge for a list of things that dont even exist - but Jenos didnt do that to me. They were honest and very professional. My dad was a mechanic so I know when people are trying to be sneaky. That wasnt the case at all with the guys at Jenos. I couldnt believe how kind they were. I lost my mechanic two years ago, but I think I finally found the right ones or my cars.

I have been going to Jeno’s for nearly 5 years and I have spent a lot of money. That being said, I have never doubted the quality or integrity of the services I’ve received. It is such a peace of mind know you’re being treated well and taken care of. John, Steve, Ashley, Bill, Darren, Matt, Rob and Darrias have always been absolutely fantastic to me, and even better to my cars. I can’t recommend Jeno’s enough.

They fixed the issue in my car and the loaner was nice to have, but they charge a “supplies fee” on top of the parts and labor to cover “nuts and bolts.” It’s a excessive junk fee that isn’t disclosed when they give you an estimate.

The work was expedient, I was well-informed by the mechanic (John) regarding the work needing to be done and the options to getting them done. I felt the price was fair and the work looks great. Front office employee (Darren) came off unfriendly and unhelpful the first time I walked in. He seemed unwilling to discuss timelines with me and even annoyed at my asking. He was friendly after my work was done however. Overall a good experience.

Just had my first experience with Jeno’s, and it was great. Being new to the area made looking for a new mechanic scary - Jeno’s put my mind to ease. They were upfront about the cost, incredibly friendly, reiterated the cost when I dropped it off, and got the work done quickly. Had my 2002 Land Cruiser’s alignment fixed and wheels rotated. Runs like a charm. Definitely will use them in the future and recommend them!

I always believe a person should always be checking around on prices, it’s absolutely in your best interest. Jeno’s has always had great prices, a lot of the times a cheaper price. A few times not the cheaper price, but it never Enticed me to go else where just cause of the quality of the work & their customer service. I’ve had 4 vehicles in for work mine, my wife’s & two of my daughters cars & I have been very pleased with all the work that has been done in all the vehicles. And have scheduled repairs lined up as we speak.

I have gone to Jenos for 4 years and they have offered great service and are not trying to gouge customers. My car needed a replacement wire harness for a sensor and they were able to obtain one from a salvage free of charge.

I have been taking myautomobiles to Jenos for several years. They are recommended by AAA. Thats how I initially found them. They always do a great job at a fair price. They check in with you to let you know what they have found wrong with your auto before they proceed which I appreciate. I highly recommend them to all my family and friends. Fantastic experience! I dropped my car off Monday because it was having issues, and despite being booked up until Friday, Steve and his amazing team were able to replace a part in my car and fix it up by the next day. 10/10 will go here again if I need to!!Edit: I wish I could leave another 5-star review because Jenos Auto Service DESERVES IT. My car ended up having the same issue again- the part they originally replaced didnt fix the problem unfortunately. I dropped it off on Wednesday 8/26 and they found the actual problem and fixed it up before the end of the day with no charge. Once again, 10/10, I would reccomend Jenos to everybody. A very honest and considerate Auto Service company. :)

Jenos is friendly and gets the job done quickly. I left my neighborhood garage because I found out they were both charging too much and making up things that werent wrong with the car. The only reason I can go to Jenos is because they have loaner cars.

Really wonderful service. Very communicative while waiting for the warranty company to approve the repairs. Only thing that wouldve been nice is an estimate of my portion. I was expecting my deductible of $100 and was hit with just over $275. That and the mask conversation that took place between the person helping me and another patron while I was picking up my Jeep is why I am only giving 3 stars. First the man helping me wasnt wearing a mask he was wearing a single layer fabric gaiter which has been proven to be least effective of any face covering except a bandana. Then the conversation that took place went like this:Man walks in and grumbles and loudly says, Masks! When is this gay governor gonna die? The man helping me replied, I just want the mask mandate to go away. To which the other patron says, I think we should all just stop participating! To which the man helping me said, Im down.Whether you believe in science or not this is an unacceptable conversation to engage in as a representative of a business.I sat there dumbstruck! My parents just tested positive due to people at my dads work not wearing masks. They are elderly. How anyone can deny the seriousness of Covid blows my mind! If they havent been directly affected then its no big deal. Maybe thinking of the over 210,000 deaths in the US alone, the lasting damage done to the brain, lungs and other body systems that they are just discovering could be permanent and all the people; sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, parents, extended family that are also affected would help with gaining some compassion and empathy, some care for your fellow human.Sorry this turned into a Covid related review.The work done was fantastic, I just wish effective masks were worn by company representatives and that he wouldnt have downplayed the seriousness of whats happening by agreeing with someone who obviously doesnt believe the science and says things like When is this gay governor gonna die?!Yes I was wearing my triple layer mask properly and used hand sanitizer after touching anything.

I had a vehicle I was thinking of buying checked out and they said it needed brakes, lights and an oil change. After I bought it, not even 24 hours later, the check engine light came on. Added it to the appointment that I had for the brakes. Since that appointment, Ive had to bring it back twice for the check engine light, the last time, they said they couldnt find anything and advised me to try a couple of tanks of gas to clear out the lower quality I put in. Brakes were squeaking after the first appointment. Ive had the check engine light come on three times since that last appointment and called, plus asked if there was anything I could do to help the brakes. No response to those last three calls, even though I was asking for them to call back and touch base. Now I have to take it somewhere else to see whats going on with it.

Jeno’s staff has treated us well, especially Darrin. He’s been upfront about potential problems and costs. The last time I was in he told me what the mechanic said was wrong and mentioned a possible problem to be aware of and the cost of said repair. Luckily, the worst case scenario was not true, and to top the good news, the overall repair was $200 less than the original estimate.

I have been a huge fan of jenos for 10 years. My experience this last Tuesday hit me just a little wrong. I was waiting for my car with 2 kids. I realize thats tricky but I have good kids and I do my best to keep them out of the way and keep them quiet. The first time the coffee shop was made as a suggestion I took it as just that, but when it was repeated less than 5 minutes later I took it as a very strong hint that I wasnt welcome to stay. I miss the service that jenos used to provide. I have so much respect for Steve and John.
