I switched my policies to Matts office a few years ago when I moved into the area. At the time, it seemed like a couple other State Farm agents in the area didnt really care to acquire another individuals business. Yeah, I doubt my couple little policies are worth much to some. That said, from day one Matt and his staff have been both helpful and ALWAYS cordial. In current times, its refreshing and super nice to feel confident that your insurance agent has your back. This review is based on the last couple of years of experience with Matts office. Not a single hiccup. Im sure theyre not perfect, but I have not a single issue with sharing a five-star review. Ive been with State Farm for more than 25 years. It hasnt always been super fantastic. The difference is having your policy with a good office. Matts office is a good one. So if youre looking for a solid place to move your insurance policies to, give Matts office a call.

Matt, Abigail, and Isaih are awesome. They make a great team and really know how to treat customers. They helped me set up a life insurance policy that I really needed to protect my family in case anything happens. They listened to my needs and wants and really made it happen while other companies could not. They went the extra mile with their patience and understanding to help me every step of the way. Isiah even followed up on a few occasions to make sure I was happy with everything. I used to wait on hold for hours to get anything figured out if at all with Liberty Mutual now I just text Isaih he promptly responds so much easier and efficient.

I was recently shopping for new insurance quotes. I spoke with an associate at the Matt Lolley office and was pleased with the initial information I received. I was told he would call me back with a quote in 2 hours. I didnt hear back that day, so I called the next day and Matt answered. He said hed have his associate call me back later that day because he was on another call. I waited again and nothing. I called back one more time the next day to inquire about the promised quote, only to received their voicemail message. After an entire week passed, I decided to move on. Were extremely happy with the insurance agent we ended up finding with another reputable company. I recommend saving your time and moving on to another agency from the get go.

I like to periodically review my insurance policy as my life circumstances change and I called to get a quote from State Farm to see how it might compare to my current policy with another company. I recently moved to Colorado and so I needed to update my policy anyway.I spoke with a woman who was incredibly thorough and professional. She systematically asked me a series of questions about my needs and current coverage. She then explained the different types of insurance that might be necessary and offered a few recommendations for changes in my coverage. I had a few questions since insurance can be a bit complex and tricky, and she answered all of them patiently and with the same thoroughness that continued through the entire phone call.She then followed up with me to confirm the rates and quotes State Farm could offer me. I had a terrific experience and would recommend this agency to anyone who wants good customer service and an honest, detailed assessment of their insurance needs.

I was calling for a quote on my home and auto because my rates increased with USAA. Matt was completely thorough when going over all the coverage’s. The time taken with me was extremely impressive since I wasn’t a customer yet. He also asked me where I have my life insurance. I have some, but not enough, so we went over some options for myself and my children. I didn’t even know State Farm had life insurance. After having Farmers for 30 years. Last year I decided to do some insurance shopping. This is when I discovered Matt Lol let and State Farm. Matt Lol lets agency and all that work there ( Maria and Megan etc.) are very freindly and knowledgeable. Matt and his team reduced my insurance bill ( home and auto)by over $1000 a year while giving me much more coverage.
