I really liked the service I originally received. I am a single mom always trying to get the best rate. I have asked her to check to see if I can get a better rate and was told she was too busy and would get to it when she could. This was a month ago and still have heard nothing from Brenda. Yes I have done this a few times and it has always benefits my rates but to be told they are too busy to take care of their customer is flat out unprofessional and is not good customer service. I will be looking for a new agent that doesn’t mind providing customer service This is her response 1 month later after seeing my review almost minutes after writing review via text copy and pasted........Oh welllll I just received your review on Google. Its disappointing that you feel that way. We do have many other clients and I wasnt too busy I have been going through personal medical stuff for the last year!!! We have our service center team to help in these type of situations and is why I asked for their help. I completely understand if you move your coverage elsewhere and will respond this exact message to your dissatisfied 1 star. Let me know when you will be moving your coverage. Take care.

So, Brenda was referred to me by another insurance agent and she was great from first encounter until fast forward to agent/broker of all my policies to present date. I left State Farm after many years due to poor customer service, frustration and lack of communication. Brenda has demonstrated a complete opposite of that. She came to my home, stayed until we were on the same page and then offers texting, email and excellent phone service. I was able to move all my policies in Colorado over without a hitch within 24 hours! Thank you Brenda for the awesome experience.
