A good insurances I been with them for 10 years now
Could not even get a quote over the phone for 3 of my own vehicles. just because my wife has a policy with them already and i am not included in her policy. they would not speak to me unless my wife spoke to them first. I was able to obtain a quick quote from someone else with no problem and my wife will switch too for way less money.
Every time I pay late or have any problems with my insurance..I ask for Jose at the Littleton office. Everyone there is amazing but he goes above and beyond for his customers! Thanks Jose you rock!
Have been with this company for 8 years. Rates are great and anytime I’ve needed to contact the office, their customer service was great and took care of me. Unfortunately I’ve had to file two claims through them, however, the claims were covered and were paid out. If you’ve had issues with that, make sure you know what coverage you’re carrying 🤷🏻♀️ Overall great to do business with!

THEY DO NOT PAY CLAIMS! I was in an accident with a drunk guy and they denied the claim because he didnt pay his bill. HONESTLY, T LABRIE, How you just gonna just give 5 stars and you have no interest in the company what so ever??? YOU SHOULD NOT BE A LOCAL GUIDE T LABRIE!
Fred Loya is the bottom of the barrel for insurance companies. Just pray nobody insured from this company hits you and it is clearly their fault because the company will do everything they can to deny liability.
Hands down one of the worst! Fred Loya takes advantage of its customer base by not reporting your current insurance information to the Clue database (Which is Required to Report to) so when customers go out to shop rates after being at Loya Insurance the quotes they get are much much higher because the companies quoting them show out of date records, and in some cases a lapse in coverage, so that forces people to stay with Loya insurance cause they cant find a better rate. Also the People in this particular office are extremely difficult to work with, do not work efficiently and effectively. Very Very Bad Service and experience. Do. Not. Use. Fred. Loya!
Absolute joke of a company. look at their reviews, they speak for themselves. shady employees taught that defy morals and truth in the name of profits. I feel badly for anyone that has to deal with this poor organization.

Terrible customer service. This company as a whole is horrible to do business with and the agents are incompetent. This location is especially frustrating. Agents could not care any less about helping, and are not shy to let you know it.
Its ok for liability but too expensive for full coverage which they do not pay up
