I did body work on my MX-5 related to a minor collision with my garage as I was pulling out. I paid for the repair myself.McDonald Collision did an outstanding job with the body work and painting. The color matches the factory paint and the work was done in a timely manner. The repair consultant - Jon Constant was excellent in providing an estimate that was close enough and in keeping in touch. The staff were courteous and professional.Overall I had a good experience. The quality of body work and painting was excellent and there werent any mistakes made in the work, delivery time, estimates or billing.I would highly recommend them for body work and painting.

This is what 2 hours of waiting got me at this collision center. They “couldn’t find my car”, shortly after I arrived. They said it was ready for pick up after it’s 2 weeks of repairs. This was the condition of my car after they located it and brought it up to the front for me to take home. I will leave these pictures I took after arriving home here.The next day I called back to address this situation, they told me to bring back the documents they left in my car and they would take a look at the stain left. A man that works there came out and said he will try to handle it with some materials he had on hand and after 1 hours of watching him lighten/smear the stain around he said that was all he could get to come out.

Used them three times. Each time they did an ok job but are poor in communication;- Door scratch Porsche. They touched up the paint poorly. Could clearly see the scratch so i told them to keep it and do a better job.- Communication: They are slow, unresponsive, require several calls to get an answer, moreover they also communicate badly with the insurence adjuster to get things approved. It took them 2 weeks to get the paperwork and get started on a car.Wont use them again. Rather find an alternative place willing able to provide better service and better quality.

One of the best customer service experiences I have had, period. From the moment I contacted McDonald, they made me feel listened too, prioritized, and assured that my car was in the best care. Nick Constant, my repair coordinator, is the definition of a professional. His detailed communications, transparency, client advocacy, and obvious dedication to excellence is beyond impressive.The quality of repairs performed to my Audi A6 (drivers rear quarter panel, rocker, wheel, suspension, passenger door, rear glass, all after being hit by a car running a red light) is as good as factory condition. Although there were a couple of minor things that needed touch up, requiring me to bring the car back after initially taking deliver (the glass company that works with McDonald was the actual cause of the issue) they quickly remedied them, and even provided a rental car while performing the fix.I wouldnt hesitate to recommend McDonald, or return myself, although I certainly hope I wont have a need.

They did a great job. I have worked in automotive for over 30 years and dealt with a lot of bodyshops and I cant say I have ever been happy with how any of them ran their business. These guys keep you informed and got the work done as promised. Very rare this day and age for sure. Thanks guys!

Horrible place can’t tighten a oil plug to save there life’s. Paint was very bad.

This place is amazing! They took care of me in not only a timely manner, but also in a very professional way! I took my car in for a fender bender on my rear bumper, but decided to get my front redone as well. Not only did they do an amazing job, they replaced brackets I didnt know I was missing. In addition to fixing my 10 year old Audi to factory condition, they cleaned not just the out side, but the inside of my car as well!!! All in all Ill say they are hands down the best shop Ive been to. Moving forward with any Audi I own, I will definitely be taking my business to McDonald.PS. One thing I forgot to mention. When I picked up my car, I told them about the rental issue I had with Progressive. Michael Arellano, apologized for the experience even though he had nothing to do with it. Then assured me he would speak to progressive about the issue to make sure future customers dont have the same experience.

Went to pick up my car, after being a week late on delivery and dealing with a very rude staff. The car still wasnt fixed up to factory standards. I did a quick test on the parking lot and found my windshield washer wasnt working.

My car was dinged while there. No one bothered to tell me. I noticed when I got home

They did a great job. I would have put five stars but they didnt do totally what I asked, and that put me In a fowl mood about the place. They only would put the tint on that the great socialists of Colorado say what I have to have, instead of what the customer wanted. I have darker tint on my other car. And the police have said as long as we can see in the car its not an issue. So the tint they put on is tint you cant really tell is on.

The work was incredibly slow... Took over a month. But they did a good job.

The McDonald Collision Center stands behind their work! I got the windows on my new Mazda tinted and noticed a couple minor scratches in the film, just noticeable enough to bother me. After giving it a few days to see if they’d clear up after the film cured, I decided to call about it and spoke with Will Onorato. He had me in first thing the next morning and got my car back to me by lunch, with the tint replaced and completely flawless!

Great work, Ben did a fantastic job fixing my car. If you want the best collision place in Colorado, this is it. They spotted that my hood was off-center by a half millimeter. I am super impressed.

Brought my new sonata here for adding some extras after it was purchased. Good availability for scheduling, and called early when it was finished. Very friendly and easy process. Nice waiting area and loaner cars available.

The worst shop, don’t go there. They paint on top of a old paint.

They were really nice, thats about it... Went in to fix my bumper and they managed to mess up my horn and windshield wiper pump while fixing my bumper. Then I noticed that the parts they fixed my bumper with were damaged! They refused to fix it correctly unless I was going to pay for ANOTHER brand new part.

Absolutely horrible experience with this shop. Took my car for hail repair and had a very bad experience with the repairs. The contact Nick Constant was extremely non-commutative throughout the process and had an attitude when I called asking to check the status. A year later I had a warranty claim again the repairs and Nick completely blew off my attempts to get the work repaired. I would never use this shop again and nobody should ever work with Nick Constant! He should be fired!

Had clear paint protection mask installed at the dealership. Had it installed on bumper, hood, door handles, fenders, mirror covers, etc. Took time so we were given a loaner car. It was all done perfectly and love the result.Recommend getting it done there.

McDonald Collision was a largely negative experience for me. First, they hyperinflated their repair estimate, causing my insurance company to want to total out my car. We got that worked out, but McDonald still did more work than was necessary. Communication with the shop was spotty: one request for an ETA went three business days without a reply. When I collected my car, it did not have a drop of gas in it (if the tank was drained for safety, nobody advised me of that). Also, unbelievably, nobody from the shop met me at my car to see if I was happy with the $3000-worth of repairs. To be fair, the quality of the work was good, and they knocked $100 off my deductible to help compensate for delays. But the inflated estimating, spotty communication, and poor customer service on delivery were disappointing, especially considering the top-dollar pricing. I would not use this facility again or recommend it to others.

I very rarely go out of my way to leave reviews but oh my GOD am I thankful I came to Mcdonald Collision Center to repair my Golf I was wrecked into! I initially went to them because I always have a great experience with Mcdonald VW for service, so I wanted to stay with a trusted name. From the second I met Eric I immediately felt like Id come to the right place and they knew exactly what they were doing. Eric was super communicative, honest about the process, and worked very hard to get me my car back as quickly as possible. Im not sure what else you could ask for - this place does excellent work and they make a painful process relatively easy. Cant recommend them enough!

Awful experience. They refuse to do estimates. I got an estimate from an unrelated body shop, took it to them, and then they were rude as we went over the needed repairs. He was upset I took the car to a Ford dealership to have the engine damage taken care of, trying to get McDonald Collision to simply do the separate body work. He made no sense, and then I walked. Do not use these people.

Had work done a couple months ago, did repairs to my bumper after being rear ended. Somehow a scratch re surfaced recently and they claim it wasnt part of the original damage . Wont stand behind their work, I am disgusted with the excuses fro them . My car is leased thru VW credit and I will report this to them

Ive taken my Audi A8L there. It happens to be one of only two places in Colorado that knows how to work on aluminum bodies. They stand behind their work!

Would never want to go to a collision center, but if I am in an unfortunate position where you have to take your car to a shop, this is the place to go to. Good people doing good work.

We bought our 2014 Q5 last year and we absolutely loved it. In November, I brought it into McDonald Collision center to fix a dent in the door and, after about a week into the repairs,they crushed the car with the garage door. No, its not an exaggeration or a figure of speech - the repair shop literally managed to crush the car with the garage door!After we saw the damage and we were told that the car will need to be 80% re-painted, we told the dealership that we dont want to take back a refurbished, luxury car with huge diminished value.To this day, even though theyve admitted that they destroyed the vechicle, theyre still refusing to reimburse us for damages and the packages we bought with the car.Ive been cheated, humiliated, insulted and threatened by these people and I sincerely hope Audi USA severs their relationship with McDonald Audi.

If you have progressive insurance dont let them take your car here. They are partnered and will undercut the quote just to get the job. Did a horrible job fixing my car. They left grease prints all over my leather seats, had to clean them right away. My front bumper still sits crooked. I filed a BBB complaint and the owner is being really mean and rude. Sorry but you never treated me like a customer, you treated progressive like the customer.

Not very busy and helps a lot when it comes to quotes on crashes. Only issue is that it closes at 1pm on Saturday...dont know if this is recurring I just thought it was rather strange.

Crowded at the end of month and rescheduled for April. Business is booming.

Alex and Eric gave me a hard time about putting my car back together after they considered it a total loss. I don’t know if they assumed I would junk it, but they could not reassemble it the same way that I brought it in. They set a deadline for me to return the rental and pick up my car, then acted pressed for time when I expected to pick it up that day when my rental was due.
