Awesome first time gym experience. I bought a day pass to try out this gym because its near my work. It is owned and managed by local guys and has everything I look for in a gym. Its better than the overcrowded mainstream gyms for sure

When you enter a gym and see a quote from the great Louie Simmons you know youre in the right place. Great staff, helpful and friendly. Great equipment and Hardcore feel. Cant say enough good things about this gym Highly recommended.

Fantastic gym with knowledgeable owners! They have all the equipment you may need for any style of lifting. The pricing is incredible, and easy to sign up.The atmosphere is unmatched in the area and they’ve made me feel welcome and like I’m part of their community in the 1 month I’ve been there. Can’t recommend this place enough even if it’s only for a day!

Awesome new age gym for any individual to join. All experience levels are welcome and there isn’t a sense of “elitism” that can be found at other specialty gyms. As long as you’re dedicated to bettering yourself you’ll do well here.I highly recommend joining this gym.

First gym I have ever been to where it feels like I am welcome and amongst friends. Everyone is encouraging and respectful of each other, and the staff are always friendly and willing to answer questions I may have.I was hesitant to join initially because I am a novice, but joining this gym has been one of the best decisions I have made in a long time. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a gym in central Arkansas.
