It was a wonderful experience. We are the grandparents of Sylvia and Sophia, and are from out of state. Everyone at the facility were very helpful. One coach standing behind the glass at the pit area saw me trying to take pictures of the girls jumping in the pit. She was very nice and tried to help me get a good picture. Memories were made!

Terrible customer service from the owner of this establishment! I signed my son up for classes online and had already paid all the fees and the 1st months tuition before we arrived. Nowhere on their website did it say anything about not accepting boys. The owner of this business actually didnt even want to come out to talk to me about the issue until after the 45 min-1hour long class what is over. Meanwhile, my son was very upset and did not understand why he could not be allowed to participate in the class that we had already signed him up for and paid for.
