Nice people but stay on top of them or you won’t get paid. They have messed my paycheck up every week and I’ve had to call to get it fixed which also means I have delays in getting things done that I need to get done because I didn’t get paid the amount they owed me. I can’t have delays right now. I’m in the process of moving across the country!

Mrs Carol agee was very professional until she told me i was wasting her time. I understand she has to do what she can but there was no reason for her to be so rude about turning me down. Do not recommend to anyone. Go to a place that will actually treat you like a human being. If i could give 0 stars i would. It would seem after reading these reviews, mrs Carol agee needs to be put in her place or let go, one day she will upset the wrong person.

Crystal Deltoro was my account manager for the process and she was incredibly supportive in getting me full time employment at a great company. I had scheduled my appointment Friday with Crystal and by the following Monday I had my interview as a program analyst with the company I now work for all thanks to Crystals assistance and expertise! I received a call from crystal to come in for an interview. The day of the interview I received a call that I had a death in my family. So I call ASAP at 7am and carol claims crystal isnt there so I leave a message explaining that I would like to know if she is available the following day because I need to go out of town soon for the death in my family. Keep in mind carol did not even offer any condolescences. So I wait for 2 hours to hear from crystal and I never got a call back. SO I call again and speak with crystal. I explained to her I need to see if I can reschedule for the following day. She replied with I will have to call you back in a few when I see what availability I have. AGAIN NO CONDOLENCES OFFERED. I wait another 2 hours and still NOTHING... SO I CALL BACK FOR A 3RD TIME. I get carol again and she claimed crystal was away from her desk so I left another voicemail for crystal... AGAIN NO CONDOLENCES. VERY RUDE. I wait another 2 hours and NOTHING. So I decide to forget the interview and head out of town because I can not wait any longer. So im furious now! I call back and ask for a supervisor and carol claims to be one. So I vent to her about her poor customer service in crystal and she basically calls me a liar and said I did not call that many times, AND THEN SHE TAKES UP FOR CRYSTAL INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING FOR THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! AND AGAIN STILL OFFERED NO CONDOLENCES. So I have my sister call back to speak with the owner and because they didnt recognize her number they literally answered health and beauty this is cutie so she hangs up and I give her the number again and she calls it and they say the same thing! health and beauty this is cutie! I hear a bunch of laughing in the background. THis is so unprofessional and the owner should be very embarrassed to let his employees act like this!! They all need to be fired and he needs NEW STAFF THAT IS PROFESSIONAL! I would not recommend this place to anyone at all! Go with a different staffing agency because these ppl are the worse! I really hope this place loses its license as a business!

They called me this morning were exceedingly rude . The first caller hung up on me after I started to respond, after she had clarified she was looking to speak to me . The second caller hung up shortly after answering the phone, after I again started to respond . The third call back I got the person from the first who was rudely assertive that no one hung up on me mid sentence those two times . I decided it probably better I go in an talk them, to see how or why we keep having this miscommunication. She pointed says that I was not invited to come up there to talk to them, and that the purpose of the phone call was go I’ve my resume . I had used Indeed to submit my resume, since they seemed to have a good listing of jobs I’ve worked before . But the rudeness and eagerness to avoid having me come up there “ since they close early on Friday “ was enough to let me know upfront they are ‘that’ kind of agency . So I inshort the brief and bad phone calls made me lose interest in the jobs they offered . I’d understand Friday’s can be stressful, but I would never behave as those two have . Unapologetic and rude . I’d be terminated from Job . I’m leaving this posted since other people from reviews has also noted they have a tendency for this behavior . Perhaps the owner will take notice .

They were completely unprofessional. I came in with my resume and completed the application. A lady took it and told me we would be in touch. I called 5 times over the course of the month and each time they told me they had no openings and that they would get back with me. The fourth and fifth time I was told I was not in the system and that I was mistaken about ever applying with them. I Expressed my frustrations professionally and was told to quit whining and tell them what I wanted from them. I asked to speak with the manager and was told that I already was. I asked for corporate office number and was informed that this was corporate office. I called back and spoke with the head and he basically told me that since there was bad blood between his staff and I that he thought it would be better if he just referred me somewhere else. I told him no thank you and asked what would he do to prevent this from happening to another client and he said we will just have to tackle that when it happens. Hated this place. Would not recommend. I give this 0 stars.

They found me a job, but didnt pay me for a week of work and acted like it was MY fault while making as little effort as possible to correct the situation.... Id suggest using another service if you would like to be paid for the work you do.

Pablo Was Excellent At Finding Me A Job The Same Day I Walked In. TLS In Maumelle. Absolutely Loved The Job Til Yesterday When A Foreman Cursed Me About The Placement Of Wheel Barrows. He Then Called My Supervisor And As Were On Our Way Back To The Shop He Tells Me Dont Come In Tomorrow. So Basically I Was Fired Because Of A Lazy Ass Foreman.

So this staffing agency is totally unproffesional. I even tried talking to the COO of this company and he was rude. I would not reccomend sending anyone here, its not worth the headache.

Yeah theyll put you to work, but my fault is that I was trying to make it to a job and it was a early morning gig and was supposed Tobe there at this time and got stuck in traffic and lost the job. Im very hurt and more angry with myself, but I heard that a person that I know that worked for that company and he got his car stolen from out there so I wished that they had something that I could do and get.paid for doing.
