I flew into little Rock Airport for an emergency and on my reservation selected i would be dropping vehicle off at another location. When I arrived to get my reserved vehicle, I was told she didnt have any. Then I told her about my emergency (flying from Florida to get to hospital to be with my dad) she stated all her cars were dirty. I told her I didnt mind, I just had to get home to be with him. She comes back 15 min later stating she had one. I then proceeded to give her my card and id. She then asked for my itinerary information for my flight back. I told her I didnt have return flight yet, because I dont know how long I will have to stay. (Hints dropping it off in different locations.) She then proceeded to tell me that she couldnt help me, because I didnt have a returning flight. I asked why, because people rent cars every day with having to have a flight somewhere. She kept repeating we arent going to do this. I left and had to wait for 3 hours for someone to drive all the way to Little Rock from Bentonville, AR to pick me up. Unfortunately, this was the only place stating it was open because others were closed due to covid. I truly believe this lady didnt want to help at all. Ive rented vehicles several times, and have never had to provide proof of my returning flight. This lady had the worst customer service! I will never rent a car from this company again!
