I worked there for 2 1/2 years and was originally hired for Amex but pulled out of orientation to work for another department that I never applied for but stayed because I had already left the job I was working to work for Amex. After about 4 months of me complaining I was finally moved to Amex. I had perfect attendance great QA scores and also would assist with new hires as well as new projects without a pay raise. This company will take your monthly bonuses if you didnt get all excellent on the surveys which wasnt fair do to the customers saying on the surveys that customer service representative was excellent but they didnt give the overall score an excellent due to them being unhappy with the company lowering of APRs or change in something with the company that was out of the customer service representative control but they still took the bonus from us. They also would force overtime weekly of 10 or more hours on us but expect us to be able to deal with abusive customers 6 days out of the week without ever having an issue. I was fired due to telling a customer that was transferred to me 4 times in less than an hour period that I wasnt about to continue to go back and forth with them over nothing because he wanted personal information from his account but refused to verify information needed to access the account. I asked for him not to continue to be transferred to me but they kept sending him to me anyway knowing that he was being difficult with everyone. I had never had any complaints from customers before and was helping with the newly started IRA accounts without proper training or a raise on top of still doing my regular job functions and the mandatory overtime and instead of having compassion for their employees that was clearly being pushed to their limits they decided that my statement broke company policy and fired me. I havent been able to get my unemployment due to them using a third part company to report employment status that lied and told the unemployment office that I was still employed there when in fact I wasnt. This place lies to their customers on the regular and does not care at all for employees.

Not a bad place place to work so far. I enjoy my job here.

Great place to ride your bike and throw a frisbee. The gate prevents cars without access so you won’t have to always watch for traffic. Also a great place to operate an RCA Car. 👍😁

Its okay. A weird sort of culture and mentality. Folks seem put out if you say hello or good morning. Quite a few grumps.

Worked here for 3 years loved only had to leave because I had to be put on disability due to back injuries not related to this job I wish I hadnt have had to leave it really is a wonderful job to work at great pay almost always offering OT and great benefits
