I spoke with Eric at 6:01 am & he said he would call me back with the information so that we could move forward and 4.5 hr later no call back!! I called left a VM and sent a Text. This is very horrible customer service point blank period!!!! If you couldnt do the bail just communicate. 0 STARS Deserved!!!
