I needed renter’s insurance for my apartment and forgot to get it before my move-in day because of a lot of other things I had going on. Yesterday, I couldn’t get my keys due to my lapse in memory. Hastily, I searched for insurance through a Google search. I came across Eddy with Shelter, but, initially, I passed him up. I have used Shelter Insurance before which I enjoyed their services, but my local insurance agent was not good at all; nor was he that professional. Something brought me back to Eddy, though, and with the great review status on Google, I decided to call. The lady who answered the phone was kind and quick with getting me connected with Eddy. In less that 20 minutes, Eddy helped me get the keys to my apartment and he did it with ease and professionalism. I’m so glad I called. Thanks everyone!!

Just called this office. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and practically interrogated us over the phone when all we asked is if she was open. We were at a different office and they were closed till 230. So we called the next closest one and it turned out to be a rude person on the phone.
