Handled my transfer of insurance quickly and effectively

I want to tell everyone how great this agent is. I had a difficult claim on my vehicle and Pat stepped in to make sure it was taken care of properly, fairly. I am very happy how he handled it. If I had to go directly through the claims department I dont believe it would have gotten done as well. Im very thankful! Love this guy!

I have been so happy with this insurance company. Pat Frizzell is so courteous and helpful. His staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. I am treated so well every time I call.But I have to single out one employee above all the rest: Dex. He sounds like he is eager to talk to me and very interested in my problem.He doesnt sound distracted, or hurrying to get rid of my call because he has something else to do. His tone is warm, comforting and reassuring. His attitude is, well take care of it, even if it takes all day. So far, this insurance agency has made me very VERY sad. While I understand there are some restraints within the industry, that should not affect the customer service. The young guy I made an appointment with chose to leave and go get his lunch during that time and seemed to not mind at all that I spent my lunch hour waiting on him. He didnt even GET why I was aggravated. So, I thought, eh, he is young. But now I need to bump up the date on my new home policy and cant because it is in underwriting. Okay - so I kind of get that, but if I called your agency today and said I want insurance effective on so and so date, I could get that. WHY!? REALLY!? Oh ... and I still get the feeling the agents have no clue why I would be upset. Yes, I will still get my house, but NO I will not be able to get in until week after next because the insurance company is the only thing holding us up. SICK.
