I see all of the high reviews and wish we could have had this type of experience. Ours was negative from day one, when the agent misplaced our initial check, then told us it had bounced. From then on it was more the insurance company, The Hartford, than the agency, constantly harassing us about every detail of the commercial building we had insured, telling us to make changes to the building or face cancellation. Once we tired of this, we decided to seek other insurance coverage. Upon cancellation, we were told by the agency that we were paid up. Six months later we are getting letters from collections saying we owe additional premiums. Efforts to contact the agency by email have been unsuccessful, so we chose to just pay this premium and avoid this company in the future. Lesson learned.

This is my first experience working with a company like iTrust and I now wonder what took me so long. Saying that Donna Spann takes care of all of my needs in a prompt and courtesy manner is an understatement. She goes above and beyond and it comes from a sincere place of service.
