Everything was fine until my car stopped working and I needed to cancel my policy. 2019 I called my agent and told him I wasnt driving my car and asked if I should keep paying the insurance or not? All he told me to do was to not make another payment and thats what I didNow I have almost $200 on my collection and its making it hard for me to get an apartment. Called them again about it today and the guy on the phone didnt give a damn about anything . Just wish I was given the right information at the time!!!

They where very affordable and fast. It was a drive thru service in which I loved. Me and my son insured for cheap which is my middle name. Thanks all American i will tell everyone i know about u.

Spoke to an agent on the phone and he was helpful. Whenever I came in a few days later, the agent in the office was extremely rude and contradicted what I was told on the phone. I was treated with disrespect and rushed out of the door when no other customers were waiting. I also received a reply from the owner, and am now editing this review to reflect that the owners reply circumvents the truth. Despite All American Insurances affiliation with Progressive Insurance, they could did not offer us the service that we requested even after telling us that they would over the phone. Later that day, when we dealt with Progressive Insurance, they were able to easily fulfill our needs at a much lower cost and with much better customer service. My reviews language may have unfairly reflected my initial dissatisfaction, but I stand by the 1-star rating for the following reasons: rude, unhelpful, and confusing costumer service; higher rates than their affiliate, progressive (at leas in our circumstance); and perhaps most notably now, an inability of the owner to take responsibility for his and his staffs flawed actions. I do not expect or request an apology, and I understand that they are humans and make mistakes. However, the way my friend and I were treated by the sales representative that we spoke with was unacceptable by any standard; I only wish to make my dissatisfaction with this company public and to share my experience so that others may not have to go through the same unprofessional customer service that I did.

The staff was very friendly and they explained everything I was getting on my policy in great detail and if you have a problem they work as fast as they can to resolve it these guys are the best insurance company Ive ever had
