A year ago tried to get internet through them and they kept canceling my technician appointment so after 8 cancelations I asked why they said they were being flooded with customers coming from atnt and switching so they were making room for them. I said well fine ill go over to atnt and get internet with them. Best decision I ever made. Since canceling service with comcast/xfinity they still keep sending me mail as if I want their service. It just goes in my cats litter box. Guys atnt has never messed up my internet and the people in store are amazing. Dont get internet with Comcast

The store actually closed October 30, 2020, you will have to go the the North Little Rock location, if you need to go to xfinity store

The store isn’t awful. However the service provided is unreliable with it dropping around two times day. Before COVID-19 this wasn’t that noticeable, but now it will kick me out of a zoom meeting and stay down for a good 15 to 20 minutes. I lived in other metro areas and this is by far the worst internet service I’ve had. It’s becoming more and more apparent that internet is a utility and should be treated like it. Could you imagine your gas or electric going down two times a day everyday?
