The tax preparer was cordial and it took about 30 min. They refused to give me a price when I called for the appointment and I didnt press the issue when I arrived. I had a very simple return, and the charged over $250..00! When I told her i wouldnt pay their charges no longer wanted her service she REFUSED to give me my papers back!! She kept my papers hostage and said they would keep them until I paid them! I am filing charges tomorrow morning with the Little Falls Police Dept if my documents arent returned immediately!!! BEWARE!!!

Horrible! I had an appointment for a YEAR in advance then i call to make sure im ok to go and they say they no longer have that available!!! Who does that! Why give the appointment???!!! So horrible never going back
